It looks overmatched. There's no amount of coaching that can produce speed and power. I agree with the notion that Peters wasn't expecting a winning record and a powerful offense this early, and that's why he didn't try harder to shore up the secondary. (125) 5. (150ish) and then some other picks. Gotta hope we can find at least one positional solution, maybe two, on day one and day two. Frustrating because there are just too many needs: two corners, two edge candidates, probably an OT, 2 WR's and a RB, its too much in one offseason no matter how good our picks might've been. A lot of their fans were fans of the Redskins back in the day and they have pretty much been the unquestioned premier franchise for the last 25 years in this area. There is a time in the future when I won’t be happy with moral victories at all, but today was a moral victory and I’ll take it for now. Terry is good but he’s really a solid #2. To get to the level of where the Ravens are, superbowl contenders; it’s going take 2 more drafts/free agencies. On the plus side, our offense is already very potent; despite its weaknesses. Our remaining schedule forecasts to a 10-11 win season. If we’re a wild card team, it’s probably a quick exist as we’d be facing the 2nd-4th place teams on the road. If we’re a division winner, we may win our first playoff game in 19 years. What more can you ask in year 1 of a rebuild? Unlike the past, we have a competent team that will address our weaknesses and fix them.
