I agree with you.  I would have preferred Morse, even Glasgow.  I'd rather have cush on a more expensive deal than TB.  I just have a feeling if we sign TB we will think center is solidified but it will be anything but, and I'd rather have someone more dependable for the rookie.

We need to spend. The salary cap doesn’t just limit spend, it makes you spend up to a certain limit. Even though that salary cap ‘floor’ is over a rolling period, with a rookie QB situation looming we’ve got to wave some cash about. What better time than today 

 

I think you have to spend 90% of the cap. This was changed a few years ago to prevent teams like Bengals from

not spending.

Yeah that would have been my guess, I seemed to think that was over a 3 years rolling period.

I wasn’t implying Sam is worth a 2nd (he isn’t).  Rather, because Denver lacks a 2nd, they are even less inclined to trade draft picks later on for any player

The only thing that benefits Uche to you, is that he was a 2nd rounder. But shouldn't that hurt him given he's a 2nd rounder that can't outperform an undrafted guy?
