I tried to impart y'all with my sage wisdom on "Chase Dung" early on, on draft day infact, pointing out his lazy tendencies dating back to the college years and calling him a bust.  It was an unpopular opinion at the time, went against popular opinion, and many of you called me "mean names".  Dung is, and always has been, a turd.  I will be imparting some insights into this years draft class soon in the appropriate thread.  Be on the lookout for the truth.

I don't think anyone here can say that he was a turd his rookie year.  It seemed like he was full throttle every play.  I personally never saw him not pursuing the ball or loafing.  Unfortunately, he's just not hungry anymore.

He has certainly cost himself some money with his reputation to not play within the scheme.

Wasn't that Haloti Nata?   Goose flattened Gannon once in the playoffs like all four wives of Orson Welles.

It was Goose, just fell on the back of Robert's legs as he did some stupid dive forward. He did that to our QB's also just drop on them with all his weigh when they were on the ground, sad part our OL did nothing. Part of the reason I hate the Ravens so much.

Dude has gone from the most popular defensive player in the draft  to a lazy, underachieving laughingstock, who'll be fortunate to get a vet minimum plus incentives prove it type deal next year.

The real story here is that it took a fan page and social media to make the Niners "realize" Young is consistently loafing out there...

Wtf, do they not self scout? 😂

Be interesting to see what tomorrow brings. Maybe we hear something tonight.  If Seattle lets Johnson leave, it's on for Washington and vice versa for Washington if they let MacDonald leave, it's on for Seattle.  Seems like owners and FOs are playing chess against each other in Washington and Seattle.

On the replay, they saw Griffin sprint downfield, then have his right knee bent backwards by a jarring hit from Baltimore Ravens defender Haloti Ngata.

"It looked pretty bad," said center Will Montgomery. "I said, 'I hope Kirk's getting his arm loose, because that looked pretty bad.'"

A.  Seattle is annoying for surprisingly canning Carroll and entering the coaching chase.

B.  The above lacked class.

C.  I think they only do this because they have someone, likely Johnson, that they desperately want.

Hopefully, Johnson doesn’t get the warm and fuzzies based on how they kicked the coach who delivered a Super Bowl to the curb.  I also have to think that selecting a rookie QB at #2 is more enticing than inheriting Geno Smith.

Carroll supposedly told Seahawks he wanted to retire last year ; so they took him at his word but he changed his mind and wanted to coach.

Being that Johnson turned down interviews last year it seems to me that he at minimum is interested in both jobs.  Would be surprised if he doesn’t meet with both teams just as it would be a little surprising if Seattle doesn’t meet with Macdonald in the morning since it’s been scheduled.   Obviously a deal could be struck and agreed to at anytime for Seattle with either candidate as they have the advantage of having satisfied the Rooney rule.  What will be interesting to me is if we hire someone first as that would indicate Washington was the first choice and that whoever Seattle wanted had decided to “think on it”.

Some interesting drama playing out over the next 48 hours

Okay I am wrong then. But I still hate Goose and He was the ring leader of falling on players when they were down.

If not for Haloti Ngata, we would have a fourth Lombardi. I truly believe it.

No they werent. What if Frazier or Shaw blew them away and one was hired. Would it be a sham then?

If you truly believe they had the slightest chance, I have a bridge to sell you - er, I mean, I have an NFL Head Coaching position to interview you for. 😅

Goose died June 22, 2022. It's time to let it go.

No it wasn’t. It was Robert doing Robert ****.

I don't think he was going for his knees, or any part of his legs for that matter.

I do think he was going for his head.
