At some point the meat was perfectly cooked.
 

Why would anyone burn themselves over this guy? He’s probably jumping for joy that this happened. Actually, no that’s hyperbole…he’s definitely not jumping. He’s probably just joyful.

Unless you're trying to make the cover of a Rage Against the Machine album, lighting yourself on fire isn't a good idea.  

 

If it's a MAGA that did it, well, I'm not surprised.  And I also don't feel too bad about one less voter for Trump who decided to take himself out of the gene pool.

It’s not uncommon for them to be alive when rescued but die later. In fact it’s pretty common (I believe) that the ones that “make it” wind up dying within 36 hours. 
 

severe 3rd degree burns are very serious, and when it’s your entire body… not much hope for you.

Multiple sources are reporting now that as Trump nodded off in the courtroom, he did indeed audibly pass gas and the stench had a visible effect on those around him.
