If he expects the stock price to spike upwards, he needs a Put option to make money (not a call option).  The call option would be helpful is he did something that cause the price to drop. Also, that volume of options to a single buyer on a smallish company is going to get all kinds of SEC attention- people have been caught doing less, and without bragging about it on Facebook.

I'm aware of what thread I'm in- and honestly its funny if it was actually true.  It's just that the dude isn't a satire writer, he's just a liar.

The joke is not that original. Bar/restaurant owners have talked about the same idea, where the ‘AI ‘date’ will text just before the time saying ‘she’ is running late and to go ahead and order her favorite (expensive) beverage.

I also tried creating a female profile on one of those MAGA dating apps using an AI image of a woman, in hopes of grifting a few hundred or so from some of their slower thinkers...

There's been a big media effort to demonize work-from-home lately.  How much you want to bet that the news gatekeepers have financial incentives to get people back to the office.  Perhaps some real-estate investments not doing so well?  Maybe being paid off by those invested?
