Completely cleaned and rearranged my place, threw away and organized tons of crap, new drumset and entertainment center. Then a 3 day migraine while busy at work. I shouldn't have been working. I get election mailers pretty regularly, I don't know for sure because I only visit my mailbox a couple of times a week. I pay all my bills online except for groceries and my rent check. Like any other RE purchase, read the fine print and make sure that it meets your desires for a vacation spot. Is it yours fee simple or a membership type ownership where you pay for the spot? Is it a time share where others can park in the spot too? What are the amenities like trash collection, water, electric, other services and who is responsible for them. If your rig isn't there, how does the property management keep others from stealing your electric (e.g.). These are a few issues that I can think of off the top of my head. Had lunch with an old friend, played some weird COVID blackjack and dropped $500 on the WFT in the sportsbook. Headed back home around 2:30. Drive was fantastic as always and the Autumn color Is almost at its peak. The Stang remains a flawless Grand Tourer, just getting broken in at 70K miles. Cranked Bowie and Steely Dan the whole way. I have access along with the grandparents so we can all add items or buy them. We have a 5 year old and baby so it has stuff like a portable playpen and some puzzles and winter hats and stuff.
