Meanwhile Damien Harris only gets 9 carries and 50 yards. It'll be interesting to see how this RB class shakes out. And neither of those is hindsight. Also, as about a million of us said at the time, we could have had Derwin James and Hankins, and as it turns out, we could have had Derwin James and Snacks Harrison. We have to somehow fix the QB position. What are the thoughts of the board on Dwayne Haskins? I've watched almost no college FB this year due to my work schedule. kingdaddy Posted December 2, 2018 Share Posted December 2, 2018 Looking across the league and at mock drafts there are very few teams who need QB's...the Giants are one and there's one other team, Jacksonville...basically it's a good year to grab a QB in the 1st round. We should take advantage of this if there's someone we like. Seems like most draft geeks think Herbert stays in school. So I guess then its Haskins, Lock, Jones, Grier. Some seem to also like Rypien, Thorson, Finley. I haven't paid a lot of attention. I've watched within that group Haskins and Grier the most. I don't think I have a favorite in that group but also haven't paid a ton of attention. Haskins has a good arm, raw though. I have fun watching Grier but I know these Big 12 QBs are typically fools gold. I love Tua (aside from today's game) and Fromm but alas they aren't out this year. He went to high school in Potomac, Maryland, seems like a good kid, well spoken. I liked what I've seen when I've watched him -- he's put up monster numbers this year. I need to dive into more. The only guy in relative recent memory that comes close is Peyton, and with Lawrence’s athleticism, I’d say his ceiling is even higher.
