Interesting thing about the Danny Masterson case is that this could lead to a serious investigation and indictment of the Church of Scientology.

We laughed these guys off as kooks with their Tom Cruise couch jumping antics, but the Masterson case has shown them to be a truly

malevolent and insidious organization.  Time to take these losers down.

I'm pretty sure its been well documented that they were an insidious and malevolent organization for some time.

I see Rose McGowan has rallied twitter leftists against Alyssa Milano now.  (Rose seems not in a good place)

She’s unhinged ranting about people stealing away attention, while doing exactly that and trying to make everything about herself.  I mean look at this ****:

It’s fair to criticize leaders of the past for their failings, but it’s best to do so without heaping praise on ourselves in the process.  Without any comparable achievements, which Rose does not have, it’s probably best not to proclaim you would have done better.  Unless the real purpose is centering yourself.  She seems to have stolen Trumps playbook.

She also working real hard to tear down democrats and proclaiming them no better than republicans at a time when the differences couldn’t be more apparent.

Fox News analyst Judge Napolitano forced New Jersey waiter to engage in ‘bizarre sex act,’ suit claims

Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano forced a man he met at a New Jersey restaurant to engage in a “bizarre sex act" involving father-son role play, a shocking new lawsuit claims.

James Kruzelnick says in a suit filed Monday in New Jersey Superior Court that he met Napolitano while working as a waiter at the Mohawk House restaurant in Sparta. The prominent analyst relentlessly pursued Kruzelnick and groped him in the men’s bathroom, the suit states.

Kruzelnick claims he wanted to keep the friendship with the Fox News celeb 20 years his senior strictly platonic. But he was also “flattered by the fact that Napolitano, a famous television personality, was interested in spending time with him,” the suit reads.

On Sept. 6, 2015, Kruzelnick visited Napolitano’s home and the Fox News host allegedly revealed his fetish. Napolitano entered the living room with his pants down and declared, “I am really into certain things” and “I want you to do something for me,” the suit reads.

“Napolitano walked up to Plaintiff’s chair, and suddenly threw himself onto Plaintiff’s lap. Napolitano then told Plaintiff that ‘I want you to start slapping me really hard,' " the suit reads. “Before Plaintiff could say anything in response, defendant Andrew Napolitano then demanded that James Kruzelnick spank his exposed buttocks while Napolitano masturbated on his lap.”

Court Approves $17 Million Payout to Harvey Weinstein’s Victims

Nearly three years after the Weinstein Co. declared bankruptcy, a judge on Monday confirmed a liquidation plan that provides a $17.1 million fund for Weinstein’s sexual misconduct victims.

The plan also provides $9.7 million to the former officers and directors of the Weinstein Co., allowing them to pay a portion of their legal bills over the last several years. The directors and officers — who include Weinstein’s brother, Bob, as well as James Dolan, Tarak Ben Ammar and Lance Maerov — also received releases that absolve them of any potential liability for enabling Weinstein’s conduct.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Mary Walrath approved the plan after a hearing in Delaware, saying that without the settlement, Weinstein’s victims would get “minimal, if any, recovery.”

The liquidation plan wraps up a contentious and long-running legal fight over the remnants of Weinstein’s independent studio. The company collapsed in late 2017, following the disclosure of dozens of allegations of rape, sexual assault, harassment and other misconduct.

Several insurance carriers will pay out a total of $35.2 million to resolve all the remaining claims, including those from the Weinstein Co.’s trade creditors.

The $17 million victims’ fund will be divided among more than 50 claimants, with the most serious allegations resulting in payouts of $500,000 or more.

Meanwhile in France...

'Finally': France seeks to set age for sexual consent, at 15

France’s government wants to set the age of sexual consent at 15 and make it easier to punish long-ago child sexual abuse, amid growing public pressure and a wave of online testimonies about rape and other sexual violence by parents and authority figures.

“Finally!” was the refrain Wednesday from victims and child protection activists who have long pushed for tougher laws and greater societal recognition of the problem.

France's lack of an age of consent — along with statutes of limitations — have complicated efforts to prosecute alleged perpetrators, including a prominent modeling agent, a predatory priest, a surgeon and a group of firefighters accused of systematic sexual abuse.

Calling such treatment of children “intolerable,” the Justice Ministry said “the government is determined to act quickly to implement the changes that our society expects.”

“An act of sexual penetration by an adult on a minor under 15 will be considered a rape,” Justice Minister Eric Dupond-Moretti said Tuesday on France-2 television. Perpetrators could no longer cite consent to diminish the charges, he said, though exceptions would be made for teenagers having consensual sex.

The change still needs to be enshrined in law, but the announcement is a major step.
