You are right, in the original link to Fox News, they linked the police report: "Sexual Offense: Forcible Fondling" - Fourth Degree sex offense and felony. On a side note, according to the FBI, its most common among 11-15 year olds. They needed Discovery Channel to complete/pay for their home and stock their pantries back in 2000 (according to Wiki) when they had 16 kids. I suspect, had Discovery Channel not bailed them out then (or continued to pay for their life style), they wouldn't be able to afford 19 kids despite Jim Bob's credit to the "Jim Sammons' Financial Freedom Seminar". Who knows though. Maybe Jim Bob is a financial wizard? Either way, it does appear that Jim Bob covered a lot of his eldest boys indiscretions up. Instead of telling the police (about the other previous instances), the Duggar parents sent James to a “program [that] consisted of hard physical work in counseling. James said that [redacted, Josh] was in the program from March 17, 2003 until July 17, 2003.” However, it seems like the program Josh attended was not actually accredited — just a guy they knew in Arkansas who was remodeling a building.
