Only one I can recall ever actually seeing proposed is "use federal power to eliminate all state insurance regulations, and make it illegal to sue insurance companies." I was just thinking that we are seeing Congressional GOP members struggling with what to do, but why isn't anyone saying that Trump should have a plan because that's what he said on the campaign trail. There never was, never will be a plan to replace. They want to not only want to repeal Obamacare but Medicaid and Medicare and Social Security. Trump will probably veto that and then we will see if they have the balls to impeach and remove Trump and replace him with Pence and then Pence can repeal everything. Take a step back. Republicans are going to pass changes to ACA that the few Dems working on changes have been trying to pass for years. They're going to claim them as their own (the GOP.) And the narrative will be that Trump and the GOP fixed ACA - it's not perfect, because it should have never been passed, but it couldn't be taken away so Trump and Company fixed it best they could; it's certainly better than that socialist single payer nonsense, at least we didn't let Obama go that far That's going to be the narrative. It's going to make you, and me, and many others want to just start ripping stuff apart and throwing it at people when they say "Yeah, well Trump fixed Obamacare so he's not so bad" and we're going to want to pack all our **** up in boxes and take the next flight out of the country. Eventually we'll just just learn to live with it. It's going to be rough at first, especially during the next presidential election. When I said, "I love my Obamacare", I was referring to the fact that I can get healthcare (it ain't cheap), even due to my pre-existing conditions: pink eye(only documented twice, but had it at least a dozen times), infected ingrown toenails, etc. through my husband's work plan. However, the new one they chose this year is not good for us. We're OK, nothing's gonna throw us over the edge.
