Dan T.
Plus he's only 25 years old. If his shoulder is healed, that's pretty good value for a 5th round pick.
Destructis
Second there is a different in trading a 3rd and a 4th for loyld, and a 3rd and 4th for Duckett Are you sure you want to make those comparisons. Neither of those worked out so well.

santana_4_prez
How do you know it was a 5th rounder, I'm waiting until I see it on Twitter.
LightningBuggs
Remind me what we did with our 4th round pick. I know the 2nd = McNabb, the 3rd = Jarmon, and 5th = Carriker. We have a 4th. It's a 6th we don't have. 1,4,7. That's it right now.

Skinsinparadise
We gave up a 5th rounder. We might as well forget the draft this weekend and getting younger. What is the infatuation with D ends? Carriker is a young guy
BigMike21
jason freaking taylor is where are 4th rounder went JT went for the 6th, we still have our 4th.
[[ghost]]
I'm hoping this means a trade down is imminent so that we can afford to trade a 5th rounder for a 3-4 DE. I'd like the rotation of Carriker, Daniels, and Haynesworth at End. Maybe Golstin too, and allow Kemoatu and Monty to play NT. We'd still need a 3-4 OLB besides Orakpo. Carter will be out of place in that scenario.
terpskins10
I heard we moved back in the fifth and up in seventh and got carriker, which would mean we didnt lose any picks From where? It looks like it was a 5th straight up.
Dan T.
Why do people assume this guy is going to be an effective starter?2008 15 games (9 starts), 22 tackles, 0 sacks, 0 passes defensed, 0 forced fumbles 2007 16 games (16 starts), 30 tackles, 2 sacks, 1 pass defensed, 0 forced fumbles Bustron5000 Remember those are numbers for him playing out of position at nose tackle. Nose tackles aren't necessarily going to have high tackle/sack numbers, even if they are doing their jobs.
