Warhead36
The reporter on the field is sexy, too. Definitely better looking on TV than in that pic that was posted before. Good win. Would have been heartbreaking to lose that one. Home opener, leading by two with two outs left.
G.A.C.O.L.B.
The reporter on the field is sexy, too. I tried hollering at her on twitter. She wasn't going for it (Not in a creepy, stalker way. She was just exchanging tweets with people when they announced her coming to MASN.)

Warhead36
So moving forward, how much of a concern is Lidge at Closer? Even in the opener against the Cubs he almost blew it and today he did blow it(albeit if Davey played Zimm at the bag instead of off like FP was saying maybe he makes those plays). Storen ain't walking through that door for another couple of months and H-Rod is just as erratic. I wouldn't mind seeing Clippard shifted to the closer role, or maybe have a closer by committee and just use Clippard whenever the opponent's best hitters are coming up. Don't quote me but I think Clippard was like 0 for 7 in save chances last year. He is much better in the set up role just gotta hope Lidge and H-Rod can hold the fort until Storen gets back
Warhead36
I'd like to see more of Stammen. After Clippard he might be our most reliable RP. H-Rod has all the talent in the world but he's just so erratic it's hard to trust him unless it's a 3+ run lead. We have got to start throwing out more knockout punches as well when we have RISP. skinfan2k
Zimmerman was the reason for those runs and it wasn't liege's fault that he blew the save
ixcuincle
Hot Nats reporter, you say? Name ---------- Post added April-12th-2012 at 05:49 PM ---------- http://twitter.com/AdamKilgoreWP/statuses/190554919449804801 Jayson Werth on Teddy's loss: “What’s the poor guy got to do to get a win? RemoveSnyder
It's early, don't want to get ahead of myself, some games could have gone either way - it's nice to be on the winning side. All in all, with injuries and whatnot I'm just so pleased with how scrappy this team has put together these wins.

@DCGoldPants
what happened in the 9th still is bad. BUT.....they got great pitching after that and were able to put themselves in position where a wild pitch was enough to win. In the past they would have lost that game. USA USA USA! GoSkins0721
The team seems to be learning how to win. The BP is spreading it around, Werth seems to be coming alive, LaRoche is shaking off the rust, and Ian is lighting it up. Just waiting for RZim to get in the groove and get the wounded warrior Morse back and this thing is moving forward.
