ixcuincle
Well that's good to hear I understand about love of the game and the troubles athletes have with these issues (the Post has had a series of articles recently about athletes like Brett Boone who have retired and then made comeback attempts), good luck to him now that he is supposedly done with football for now
Zhouse
What I don't get is, if he was still iffy about coming back why go through this media circus, shoulder surgery, meeting with Childress ect. To get attention? Maybe. To see if the money is right? very doubtful. Either way I was hoping he joined the Vikings just so I laugh at all the Viking fans here that thought he was going to make em' superbowl bound. redskns21
So glad that he won't be relevant by next week and won't be the lead on every sports talk show. Guy was an amazing player, I loved to watch him but enough is enough!
Santana_89
I'll only believe it if he remains "retired" during the entire preseason

Oldskool
Hope he stays retired. I really want to see the fiasco that's called Childress/Jackson just stink up the passing game this year. One of the most hyped and over rated teams of the 2009 season.
