But really, ads don't bother me too much because I use a hosts file to block most of the ads out there, but some websites that try to be all modern Web 2.0 like that have background music irritate me when I'm wearing my headphones or if I had my speakers on earlier and get startled by the sound.

Myspace. What a waste of time. Especially with how "customizeable" it is. Some dumbass that knows how to copy and paste just ends up creating a site that crashes the browser because it can't handle the sheer stupidity of the code that was put there. (Which is why I rarely logon to myspace. I just use it to keep in touch with some high school friends).

Everything and anything can become a fad. Chuck norris jokes. Game speak/ WoW original stuff like "for teh win". Lolcats. What happened to the days where these things would just be a clever webpage and nothing more? Now everybody seems to want to take one idea and build and build on it. Give me a break.

No, I don't really get this kind of email, but the fact that people feel the need to forward dumb jokes and spam to others is just stupid to me. Its not funny, its a waste of time and resources (yes, money) and is just one easy way for the unsuspecting to come up with some malware.
