skinsfannyc76
When I read that a possible move would be for Stallworth to come to the 'Skins, I was just like, what? http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/columns/story?columnist=pasquarelli_len&id=2784159
lavar1156
At least Lenny is given some respect to Dockery.
Rufus T Firefly
Just a bunch of guesses, and most of them will be wrong. That's not an insult of ESPN, no one can really guess what will happen. But I don't get the thinking on Stallworth either.
Chris Worthy
At least Lenny is given some respect to Dockery. Only to bash the FO if Dock signs with someone else.
GOKU
If Donte Stallwroth ends up in Washington I will pee my pants. But saying that he won't and we dont really need him.
BayouBrave86
Say no to Donte Stallworth. He gets injured more than Springs.

Chump Bailey
Stallworth ate our secondary's lunch the first time around this past season. He would be a good addition I think, but with ARE, Lloyd and Moss all under contract it does seem odd we would be vying for his services or could even afford him. Philly will bring him back if they're smart - I would... I think Kerney has a realistic shot at coming here if we're not going to be in the bidding for Nate. Popeman38
Did any one else find the fact that we were only mentioned ONCE in the list a great relief?
Chump Bailey
Did any one else find the fact that we were only mentioned ONCE in the list a great relief? Twice by my count:D Fletcher is practically signed and sealed - just waiting on delivered and then Stallworth...
Stew
If Donte Stallwroth ends up in Washington I will pee my pants. But saying that he won't and we dont really need him. So if we sign Stallworth, then what do we do with Lloyd and Patten?
skinsfannyc76
We're not signing Stallworth--this is just your typical pre-FA random prognostication that won't go anywhere. Patten will most likely be released is my guess, but we're keeping BLloyd...
luckydevil
Upgrade over Lloyd, that is for sure.
NavyDave
Don't see that happening. The Signing bonus of Lloyd and A.R.E. basically hinders brining in another WR especialy a guy who seems to have hamstring issues alot. Besides it would make more sense to promote from within considering there is a WR on the practice squad who will come cheap. And what WR didnt look good against our defense last year?? That some line of thought is what had the skins trade two picks to the 49ers for Llyod

[[ghost]]
At least Lenny is given some respect to Dockery. He put him well behind Leanord Davis. Thats the most disrespectful thing you can say to a lineman.
Bryan81
Given who wrote the article I take little stock in it. I don't think many of the predictions will come true as far as where the FA's land.
bubba9497
1. just speculation, because Snyder wanted to draft DS out of Tennessee 2. Dock is better than every guard listed
the burgundy and gold
Stallworth would clearly be a big improvement over Lloyd or ARE, that would immedietly give JC two great deep targets to throw to with his big play arm. Patten should and will most likely be cut. but we don't really have the money to over pay for a widereciever that we really don't need.

JimmyConway
1. just speculation, because Snyder wanted to draft DS out of Tennessee2. Dock is better than every guard listed As much as I love him he's isn't better than Dielman or Steinbach and the market will prove that. I hope we resign him though. As far as signing Stallworth goes...It isn't going to happen. Pastarelli is just trying to get a rise out of Skins fans.

We've already got a much more versatile, reliable and fast version of Stallworth on the roster - his name is Santana Moss. If we sign Stallworth, it will be the headscratcher of the millenium. chronicdesi
I saw this earlier and sort of took a double take. We have no need for another WR. We have some cap room, lets spend it wisely this year.
