After an 2 hour flight from Paris to London and then an almost 11 hour flight from Dublin to SFO today...I finally 💯 can confirm that people who recline their seats on airlines are assholes. Aer Lingus, fwiw, was an older and more comfortable plane than the British Airways plane we flew from SFO to London. But holy hell they were lacking in customer service tofay. British Airways cabin crew/staff was a million times more customer oriented. Probably why they charge more. 😆

The Cowboys Washington game last season was the third largest tv audience ever for a regular season game and we lost 45-10 and people still tuned in. The previous games have had equally massive audiences. It will be more common than not going forward.

He barely ran any deep breaking routes at Rice. They used him as an underneath zone and flat weapon, where the vast majority of his breaks are coming within ten yards of the line of scrimmage. I don't think he has the speed and shiftiness and route savvy to be a vertical threat in an offense. I've read he also struggles with beating press, but I didn't really see a lot of press coverage in his cut ups. Mostly he was running through zones. The concepts he ran in college were very reminiscent of the kind of role that a TE tends to run. I guess it's similar to what Ed did back in the day. There was a lot of slot alignment, and even looked like some h-back alignments. A bit of wildcat QB, but not much effectiveness from that. He doesn't have TE size, but he has TE toughness, and I could see him also developing into a very good blocker like his dad, which that plus the Sinnott pick makes me think that Kingsbury is going to run a SF style outside zone run game.

MVP and the defending champs have responded more strongly than I expected after those first two games. I thought the wolves had their number, but the champs look like the champs again.

You still seem to be a bit sensitive, but I’ll address… I used “hunch” because based on what I read, JD far and away out graded Maye, but as you stated, teams at times overvalue mechanics etc… meaning a team likely selects the wrong player by overly relying on analytics and metrics (your words) where they should have used more subjective reasoning, “hunch,” to pick a Mahommes or a Herbert. Also, I’m glad you appreciated my using EQ words, because AP and Quinn also repeatedly talked about how cool JD is, and the natural leader he is, etc.., contrasted by what I’ve read, that Maye seems a bit uptight or nervous at times, who knows whether that’s good or bad for Maye or if JD’s coolness is a mute point after he throws 2 picks… I hope they both are amazing young QBs and better men.

Who said anything about just a hunch besides you? The Chiefs didn't trade up for Mahomes based on a hunch, the Bills didn't draft Allen and the Chargers didn't draft Herbert based on a hunch. Those were all guys with elite traits who also had sloppiness to their games - accuracy, footwork, mechanics, etc. That's why other QBs went before them. Also, I love how you just randomly threw out demeanor, leadership, and coolness as if either Daniels or Maye lacked those things.
