visionary
Quote Like President George W. Bush, Trump will host the event in the State Dining Room, with a guest list close to 150. But unlike his predecessors, Trump hasn’t invited any members of Congress from the opposing party. He’s also opted not to invite any members of the media, another departure from past state dinners. Quote In total, only about 150 people are expected to attend next week’s dinner. Ryan; the two Republican senators from Louisiana, Bill Cassidy and John Kennedy; and House Foreign Affairs Chair Ed Royce will be the only members of Congress attending, according to a person familiar with the guest list. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was invited, but will not be able to attend, his office said.

You're assuming that they didn't kick him out of the firm because he didn't allow Pruitt to keep up the cheap rent deal. (Or because Pruitt ordered them to punish him.) 1 hour ago, visionary said: That . . . wouldn't necessarily surprise me, or be a problem with me. I don't automatically have a problem with the US and Russia agreeing on a list of "You can hit these places, and Russia won't hit back, but if you hit here, then we will." It kinda depends on what the list is. Now, the fact that Moscow is announcing this? Only possible reason for doing this, is to humiliate Trump. I'm sure Pruitt the did not not like getting put on blast about having to change locks on him.

visionary
Quote The U.S. Army will not meet its mission to recruit 80,000 active duty soldiers this year and has officially lowered that goal. But Army leaders said the service has been able to encourage more experienced service members to stay on the job to satisfy a growing demand for troops. Army Sgt. Maj. Daniel Dailey said Friday that the updated goal will be 76,500. Six months into the recruiting year, the service has brought in just 28,000 new soldiers. Dailey said the goal is to grow the Army to 483,500, as approved by Congress, and it’s up to the Army whether to use more recruiting or re-enlistment. He said that retaining current soldiers has been more successful this year than in the past, with 86 percent staying on, compared with 81 percent in previous years. Yes, it leads to more births in an at risk population. Born in poverty, likely never to escape poverty. Does the GOP care? No, they keep slashing social safety net programs. There you go again, trolling good Christian folk with yer gawdam facts and statistics. If we just voted more people with real family values in, we could cut teen pregnancy in half and no one would need abortion or planned parenthood. Now now now, don't get so hasty there.. them good family values folk that you voted for will need those abortion services to keep their strays under control. Especially the ones we support who enjoy teens. ~Bang
