hail2skins
Don't want to jinx anything, but with the Skins taking over first place today (on tiebreakers, anyway), thought it would be interesting to ask folks' opinions on which team you'd most like and least like to face in round 1 of the playoffs. Go based on what are the most likely present scenarios (Atlanta will be the #1 seed, with GB/SF/Seattle battling it out for the second seed) and how the teams are playing right now. Prosperity
Seattle at home and then at San Francisco and then playing the Giants at home for the NFC championship would be my ideal scenario

Alaskins
Seattle at home and then at San Francisco and then playing the Giants at home for the NFC championship would be my ideal scenario Seattle has had our number in recent years, San Fran would be really tough... I agree on the Vagiants though.
TD_washingtonredskins
So, would we be the 6 right now if the Giants had the tie breaker over us?
Bacon
I want nothing to do with Seattle right now... Same. Hell no. I'd love to beat the Giants again.
dahibachi
I want nothing to do with Seattle right now... At home, I don't mind playing Seattle. I actually don't want to see Minnesota again. AP can win games by himself right now.
SkinsTillIDie
It would be nice to take on Seattle at home and avenge our 2005 and 2007 playoff losses. Though it's one hell of a tough matchup. When's the last time two rookie QBs squared off in the postseason? I feel like we also match up well with the 49ers. Would hope to avoid the Packers' and Falcons' potent passing offenses at all costs. Though it's a bit surreal even contemplating this question

TD_washingtonredskins
To me, the major aspect of this thread is that it exists and is a reasonable question.
Gibbs Hog Heaven
Most Desired: Giants. That would be the cherry on the top to beat those underhand, gutless, colluding ***** in this season of all seasons. I want them BAD! Least Desired: Green Bay in Green Bay. Hail. autoidiodyssey
So, would we be the 6 right now if the Giants had the tie breaker over us? It is hard to say. If they had the tie breaker over us that would change our conference record and screw up some tiebreakers. Right now we have head to head over the Vikings and a better conference record than the Bears.
BeefJerky
TD_washingtonredskins;9332235]So, would we be the 6 right now if the Giants had the tie breaker over us? Yes we would. We would be the #2 wildcard HAD the midgets won. BUT they did'nt which means WE are in 1st and control our own destiny :giantsuck: HAIL!

CaliSkinsFan92
Man I don't want anything to do with Seattle right now, that offense is humming.. I know we run the read option too but we've always seemed to struggle with running quarterbacks.

hail2skins
I'm seeing a 10-6 Redskins team hosting a 10-5-1 49ers team in the wild-card round. Bruce Allen would be psyched, as the Niners were the first playoff matchup for his father back in 1971.

NoVaSkins21
I don't want to jinx anything because nothing is a given right now, but I would like see Seattle just to get even for the blowout playoff losses in '05 and '07.
