Leonard Washington
Knowing the redskins training staff, this means it's a more than a mild concussion.

Leonard Washington
Somebody posted in another thread that Shanny said that RG3 didn't know what quarter it was. From this post game comments, Shanahan initially didn't know which quarter the injury occurred either.

Skinz4Life12
I doubt that very, very much. Aldrick Robinson was knocked out cold last week and played today
benskins26
We all knew that this was coming. Hopefully we have someone other than our usual training staff working with him. Knowing the regular guys, it would be 4 weeks

Koolblue13
There are a lot of teams/coaches who would have had him right back in the game. I don't want to mention any names or the eagles, but props to our coaching staff for putting the person over the game.

BRAVEONTHEWARPATH93
Robert Griffin will not go to the hospital. He has left FedEx Field and will be re-evaluated tomorrow. Grant Paulsen
DarrellsMyHero28
Sit him. Sit him for as long as it takes for him to get to 100% and then sit him another week. This is just awful, awful news. Concussions are nothing to mess around with.

NewCliche21
Jesus, he didn't die. He'll play next week. If he weren't going to, then he'd still be knocked out.

The NFL's concussion policy is a joke. He needs to sit.
GhostofSparta
Even mild concussions are no laughing matter. He needs to get healthy before coming back, period.

bird_1972
It was inevitable. Was worried this would happen. Kirk better learn quickly this week and step the **** up. Also, fire Danny Smith and Cundiff.
MONTEY
Seeing as how you aren't a doctor, you don't mind if we wait for their word? Making an assumption that neither are you. But if he has one do you truly believe, hope, or know that he would be allowed to even practice with said concussion? I would rather have him sit and let Cousins start. NewCliche21
Personally, I hope he doesn't.The NFL's concussion policy is a joke. He needs to sit. Sit until? I mean, with all due respect (and I really mean that), unless you're a neurologist, I can't justify it just by a statement. Same goes for me. I just am leaning towards him starting next week. Rumple_Stiltskin
I do have to give it up to Griffin though. He got up walked over to the sideline, looked at shanny and said Im ok! I have no doubt if it comes down to a "pain tolerance" RGIII will be playing next week. Hope its not even a concussion, Im hoping that he just got his "bell rung" and that he is healthy. Andrew Luck got destroyed on what appeared to be a helmet to helmet (no call) and went on to play. http://www.businessinsider.com/video-andrew-luck-got-up-after-this-viscious-and-illegal-hit-2012-10 Although I do feel that running the ball is more likely to get a QB hurt, it can certainly happen on just about any play.
