Yup, perfectly legal. You can be dribbling with your feet out of bounds as long as the ball stays in bounds. No illegal touching like in the NFL. One of there basketball games was being broadcast, and during one of the breaks the cheerleaders went on to the court and did their routine. At the end of it they bent over and showed the underwear under their short cheerleader skirts. Three of them lined up, and printed on their asses it said Go ****s Go!
