If Ridder pans out that is a huge draft. I really like Erik (not Eric 🙂 ) Ezukanma. He could be a play maker with some good coaching and some hard work. Overall a very good draft for Pitts. Addressed some needs and got some high potential skill players. Any thoughts on Pitts actually taking Ridder? I mean I know they just signed this year world savior one Mitchell Trubisky lol, but seriously any indications Pitts like Ridder, anyone in this class? Does Ridder fall that far in the real draft? Usually our draft is reasonable close for the 1st rd. But not so sure this year. Tomlin recently had dinner with Ridder and there appears to be genuine interest though they'd in all likelihood prefer Willis. I think Ridder has a real shot going in the 1st round. Some are talking of him being a Julian Edelman QB-to-WR conversion, or maybe he is a gadget player that develops into a starting QB, or who knows (Taysom Hill type?). In any event, there is enough to work with and enough real world league interest to suggest bringing him in and seeing what we can do with him.
