Maybe they haven't noticed yet after ALL THESE YEARS of going through the motions of civility with these assholes, but they could not give a CRAP about legal "threats", and frankly they shouldn't.

They have repeatedly told the courts, congress, any and all attempts to legally curtail them to **** OFF, and guess what? The "law" lays down, ****s itself off, and does nothing to back up any of it again and again.

Cowardly, toothless, spit on and laughed at by these traitorous snakes.

Throw them in ****ing jail. Don't threaten to do it like last time, and the time before and the time before and the time before and the time before and the time before.

Do it. Follow through just ONCE.

"Threats". My ass.

Toothless finger wagging.

Supreme Court allows sanctions against Trump-allied lawyers over 2020 election lawsuit

The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected appeals brought by Trump-allied lawyers who faced legal sanctions for baselessly alleging in court that the 2020 election in Michigan was fraudulently won by President Joe Biden.

By rejecting the appeals, the court left in place a June 2023 ruling by the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that partially upheld the sanctions.

Prominent cheerleaders of former President Donald Trump's efforts to overturn the election including Sidney Powell and Lin Wood were among the nine lawyers who initially faced sanctions for filing the lawsuit. Powell called the group "the Kraken."

The appeals court upheld sanctions against seven of them, including Powell and Wood.

The lawyers were ordered to pay legal fees, undertake new legal training and were referred to their respective state bar associations for any disciplinary procedures.

"...drawing a distinction between Ken Chesebro the serious lawyer, and BadgerPundit the online persona." - Chesebro's lawyers

So...Ken "the serious lawyer" Chesebro must not have thought lying to the prosecutors was a serious matter, is that what his lawyers are saying? They may have a better argument just saying he has a split personality instead lol...

Star Witness In Fani Willis Hearing Apparently Backtracks—Says He Was ‘Speculating’ About Relationship Start

Terrence Bradley, the star witness in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ disqualification hearing, appeared to backtrack in his testimony Tuesday, telling former President Donald Trump’s attorney he had been “speculating” about when Willis’ relationship with prosecutor Nathan Wade began, a key detail in Trump’s push to remove the district attorney from the case.

For one hour of his testimony, Bradley denied having knowledge of when Willis and Wade started dating, saying he did not “recall any specific dates.”

Mark Meadows loses latest bid to move Georgia election case to federal court

Donald Trump's former chief of staff Mark Meadows has lost his latest bid to have the election interference case against him in Georgia moved to federal court.

When a federal judge denied his effort last year, Meadows appealed to a three-judge panel for the U.S. Appeals Court for the 11th Circuit, which in December affirmed that "the events giving rise to this criminal action were not related to Meadows’s official duties," so the matter should remain with the state of Georgia. Meadows then requested that the entire 11th Circuit hold a "rehearing" to consider his appeal.

The 11th Circuit denied that request Wednesday, saying in a very short order: "The Petition for Rehearing En Banc is DENIED, no judge in regular active service on the Court having requested that the Court be polled on rehearing en banc."

Texts and emails aren't statements under oath. The defense attorneys ****ed up by not getting an affidavit under oath, they would have found out sooner that this guy was repeating gossip instead of actually knowing and having facts. He didn't lie under oath and his non answers were to detract that he lied about actually knowing anything about Willis and Ward. He wanted to appear to be in the know when he didn't know ****.

Hackers threaten to release Trump documents from Georgia case if they don't get a ransom by Thursday

The hacking group responsible for taking down Fulton County's websites in Georgia is threatening to publish documents from the state's court system — including ones related to the criminal case against Donald Trump — unless it gets paid a ransom.

In a message posted online Saturday, in both English and Russian, the hacking group called LockBit said the stolen documents "contain a lot of interesting things and Donald Trump's court cases that could affect the upcoming US election."

Initially, LockBit set a Saturday, March 2, deadline for the payment, according to the cybersecurity reporter Brian Krebs.

It has since moved up that deadline to 8:49 a.m. ET on Thursday, February 29, LockBit's restored website shows.

It's not clear how much money the group is demanding. The hacking group's demands are often negotiated in private, Dan Schiappa, the chief product officer at the cybersecurity firm Arctic Wolf, said.

The group — led by a hacker using the pseudonym LockBitSupp — appeared to become operational again over the weekend after a February 20 law-enforcement raid. A group of agencies, including the FBI and the United Kingdom's National Crime Agency, took down 34 of its servers and changed its website to a series of messages bragging about the law-enforcement operation. The same day, the US Department of Justice unsealed an indictment accusing two Russian nationals of being involved in the group's hacking operations.

By Saturday, LockBit was back.

More bad news for Trump:

The New York judge overseeing Donald Trump’s criminal trial beginning later this month agreed to limit access to juror information, citing the possibility of harassment.

Judge Juan Merchan granted motions by prosecutors with the Manhattan district attorney’s office to restrict who can know the names of jurors to Trump, the attorneys, staff and consultants in the case, forbidding them from being shared with anyone else.

Merchan said he found “compelling” prosecutors’ argument that Trump has a history of publicly attacking jurors involved in other cases.

The judge also said he would limit who can have knowledge of jurors addresses to only the attorneys in the case, making clear that Trump and anyone else cannot know where the jurors live or work.

“The Court further finds good cause, on the record before it, ‘that there is a likelihood of bribery, jury tampering, or of physical injury or harassment of juror(s),’” Merchan wrote, quoting the legal standard.

Judge Quashes Six Charges in Georgia Election Case Against Trump

In a surprise move on Wednesday, a judge in Atlanta quashed six of the charges against former President Donald J. Trump and his allies in the sprawling Georgia election interference case, including one related to a call that Mr. Trump made to pressure Georgia’s secretary of state in early January 2021.

The judge, Scott McAfee of Fulton Superior Court, left intact the rest of the racketeering indictment, which initially included 41 counts.

The ruling was not related to a defense effort to disqualify Fani T. Willis, the district attorney of Fulton County, Ga., who is leading the case. A ruling on that matter, which has made headlines for weeks after it was revealed that Ms. Willis had engaged in a romantic relationship with another prosecutor, is expected by the end of the week.

Lambert, who's gained prominence among supporters of former President Donald Trump, refused to turn herself in and attempted to challenge the warrant in court filings. On Wednesday, Matis called on the attorney from South Lyon "to comply with that warrant."

Meanwhile, Lambert has also been representing businessman Patrick Byrne, former chief executive officer of Overstock, in a defamation lawsuit brought by Dominion Voting Systems. There was a hearing in Byrne's case in federal court in Washington, D.C., at 3 p.m. Monday. Lambert attended the hearing despite the warrant

After the hearing concluded, all lawyers and observers, except for Lambert, exited the meeting room and U.S. marshals entered.
