And we're entered in a chili contest today, for the first time, no prior recipe, just throw it together kind of ****. Just cra, try to pull some BS together, when you've been ****ing about sales, but have no staff to support your sales...service isn't PROPER, people don't return. Return business is the root of the evil that is food/bev. We don't need both idiot owners there. I need one with me at the store...otherwise, it'll just be me & a cook. And btw, this 24 year old chef (degreed), defended me last week because the owners give me no credit whatsoever for anything...but as I've already said, I can't make people eat there. Seriously?
