skinsmarydu
Grabbed an extra biscuit and gravy yesterday. Warmed em up slowly, added scrambled eggs. Bloody Mary not pictured. 5
LadySkinsFan
Haven't made breakfast yet. Usually these days it's a piece of country bread cut in half with egg salad spread on it. Cooking is definitely taking a back seat.

BatteredFanSyndrome
Finally caved and bought a 36 inch Blackstone. Hibachi for Easter, missing the shrimp that didn’t last long. Edited April 9, 2023 by BatteredFanSyndrome 4 2

The food looks amazing, except for the shrimp 😉😅

I just never got into using it that much at home because I prefer more space to cook more food. Costco had this model with a hood for $399, and I couldn’t leave it in the store. Assembled and seasoned it yesterday, made cheesesteaks last night, French toast and bacon this morning and hibachi this evening. Tomorrow night most likely smash burgers. I love this thing. 2 1

skinsmarydu
My version of my restaurant's sausage & pepper hero on one of our rolls (they're the best I've ever had.) Wedges and garbanzo beans. Of course, I couldn't eat all of it. 4
LadySkinsFan
I made some curry chicken salad yesterday. I used canned chicken because that's what I had. I used mayo, raisins, walnuts, and added in some mango chutney that I had. Turned out great! 2 1

I meant to thank you for giving me the egg salad idea the other day, I haven't made it in years so that's on the plan for tomorrow. I'm out of almost everything, so I'm gonna have to make a grocery run. I used to keep a lot of eggs around because they were cheap and easy...no longer cheap, but still easy and there are so many things to do with them.
LadySkinsFan
Actually the price of eggs are dropping. They were cheaper when I bought them last week. 1 1
BatteredFanSyndrome
Skirt steak rubbed down in Meat Church fajita seasoning, adobo and sazon in a bath of Modelo, orange and lime juices, garlic jalapeño and onion. Soon to become tacos on the Blackstone. 3 2

LadySkinsFan
Making some boneless pork ribs that I marinated in garlic, orange juice, minced ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, and dry oregano. In the oven at 425 for at least an hour. So far 30 minutes each side. I'll figure it out when I check after this 30 minutes. 1 1
dfitzo53
Bone in ribeye was on sale at giant so I'm grilling for the first time in a long time. Trusty Weber kettle going strong with the Slow n Sear @Skinsfan1311recommended ages ago. A cold beer, a hot grill and a beautiful day. One of those things that just refreshes the soul. 4
