True, but if he is as involved as some claim then personally I actually would want him there so he can see the way GMSM does things. Actually, as I type this, I'm thinking that regardless of Dan's level of involvement he hired a new GM so he should be there to watch him work and get familiar with his process.

I think we'll see how Scot felt about how the scouts in place did after the draft and free agency dwindles down into the season.  If we see a lot of turnover we'll know how he thought it went.

For some reason I think we'll see a lot of change-over in that department after the draft regardless of how Scot feels the draft turned out. I feel like he's gonna want a few of his own people working with/for him and not the league-wide unknowns that are the Redskins scouting dept. When he was hired, it was too late to make a lot of change there but I'm sure there will be different faces come draft time 2016.

So right now they want to do a great job to keep their jobs....but you are right, many will go regardless of outcome.
