DM72
What? Compliments for the Sixers? Lol...Okafor is the real deal and the Lakers are going to regret not taking him.
Dont Taze Me Bro
Whatever happened to Emeka Okafor? Ow-myback-afor? Yeah, still bitter......... Great Hornets signings in FA so far.........oh wait PJ did get cited for driving with a revoked license, expired tags, speeding and driving left of the center lane..........sounds promising. StillUnknown
Begs the question, why didn't they make sure to secure him before he made his decision? Looks like the entire organization failed to hold him in high regard until after they realized his departure would essentially slam the door on their title hopes. Steve Ballmer probably called everybody to arms after those reports of the Clippers being interested in Javale McGee surfaced. StillUnknown
Tim MacMahonVerified account@espn_macmahonI'm told that DeAndre Jordan won't even take a phone call from Mark Cuban or Chandler Parsons. if true, thats a **** move by Jordan
PeterMP
Verbal agreement...why the hell didn't they just get it in writing right then and there? Cuban has nobody to blame but himself... No agreements can actually be finalized until the 9th. All the trades/signings you've heard about this week are agreements in principle.

BRAVEONAWARPATH
Scott Howard-Cooper@SHowardCooper If Jordan really wants to be with the Clippers, pick up the phone, call the Mavs and break the bad news. It’s that simple.
EvilMonkeyBoy
I forgot he was in the league He was probably going to start and excel in Dallas had DeAndre not pulled this nonsense. He's had to play off the ball for the past 3 years. Carmelo, Harden, Kobe. A ball-dominant PGs worst nightmare in terms of teammates.

BRAVEONAWARPATH
Chris Broussard @Chris_Broussard As of right now, DeAndre Jordan is returning to the Clippers, according to source present at this afternoon's meeting with Clippers Chris Broussard @Chris_Broussard This is a soap opera. Meeting over, sources say, but LAC stalling, staying with DeAndre because they know Mark Cuban just landed n Houston. Chris Broussard @Chris_Broussard Sources: Cuban is beside himself. Gamebreaker
Only in the NBA will you see what happened today. In no other league will players do what the Clippers did to convince a teammate to not bolt to a conference rival.
BRAVEONAWARPATH
CP3 is so full of it. Chris BroussardVerified account@Chris_Broussard Sources: CP3 emotional @ meeting, told DJ he had no idea he felt negatively about him & he thought they were "brothers.'' Chris BroussardVerified account@Chris_Broussard Sources: CP3 said he'd get DJ more involved in the offense & that LAC couldn't move forward w/out him. EvilMonkeyBoy
The Clips sound like an serial abuser saying "It's gonna be different this time." DeAndre will post near the exact same statline next year and realize he's locked himself into a bad situation. Also, I like the visual of Cuban driving around Dallas in a frantic effort to find someone located in Houston. Broussard is the worst. *Insert Mempis.jpg* Edited July 9, 2015 by EvilMonkeyBoy

TradeTheBeal!
all this for a dude you can't play in the 4th quarter of a close game Seriously. In about three years, once the league has kinda caught up with the Warriors and "smallball" is the new normal, this contract will look utterly ridiculous.
