As usual, pick either "Fact" or "Fiction" for the following statements about the Redskins' upcoming draft:

1. The Skins will trade up at some point in the draft

2. The Skins will not draft any Offensive Linemen before the 7th round

3. The Skins will draft an ILB

4. The Skins will not draft a Safety with their first pick (wherever that pick may occur)

5. The Skins will draft another QB

6. The Skins will draft a NT (or a player they project as a NT)

7. The Skins will draft a WR or TE with one of their first two draft picks

8. The Skins will not draft an RB

9. The Skins will draft 3 or more DBs (cornerbacks and/or safeties)

10. The fan who gets to announce the Skins' 4th round pick will be female

I'll play, what the hell.

As usual, pick either "Fact" or "Fiction" for the following statements about the Redskins' upcoming draft:

1. The Skins will trade up at some point in the draft

Fact, I'll bet on several trades, just like last time. Some trading back, at least one will be a trade up.

2. The Skins will not draft any Offensive Linemen before the 7th round

Fiction, I'll bet on either the 4th or one of the 5th rounders being O-line. Maybe even two of those picks.

3. The Skins will draft an ILB

Fact, middle to late.

4. The Skins will not draft a Safety with their first pick (wherever that pick may occur)

Fact, playing the odds here. The chances of it being a CB, or a BPA player at a different position that has fallen further than expected, make "fact" a safer choice here.

5. The Skins will draft another QB

Fiction

6. The Skins will draft a NT (or a player they project as a NT)

I'll say fiction here. I see a possible need for it, but we've got bodies and enough other needs that I don't think they'll take anyone projected at this spot.

7. The Skins will draft a WR or TE with one of their first two draft picks

Fiction. At least one will probably be secondary, who knows with the other.

8. The Skins will not draft an RB

Fiction, there will be a 7th rounder or something, there always seems to be with Shanahan.

9. The Skins will draft 3 or more DBs (cornerbacks and/or safeties)

Fiction, I'm thinking two.

10. The fan who gets to announce the Skins' 4th round pick will be female

How many picks are announced by fans or former players? I know Lavar is supposed to do one of them. I'll say fiction on this.

Skins will draft a WR, ILB, CB, and OT with their first 4 draft picks however, they may

not be picked in that order.

Fiction - Not likely. It looks like the players they need will be available when they pick.

Fiction - Although they don't really need to

3. The Skins will draft an ILB

Fact

4. The Skins will not draft a Safety with their first pick (wherever that pick may occur)

Faction - They will pick a DB at 51, but it looks like there will be more CBs on the board at that time than FSs.

5. The Skins will draft another QB

Fiction - Unless Gino falls to the 3rd round

6. The Skins will draft a NT (or a player they project as a NT)

Fiction

7. The Skins will draft a WR or TE with one of their first two draft picks

Fiction

8. The Skins will not draft an RB

Fact - Late pick reach to make the team, picked mostly for special teams

9. The Skins will draft 3 or more DBs (cornerbacks and/or safeties)

Fact - At least one will be special teams pick

10. The fan who gets to announce the Skins' 4th round pick will be female

Fiction - As much as we all hope it will be a hottie in a mini-skirt, It'll be some fat guy with stains on his jersey.

Fact, they'll trade up to get a guy they like, I don't think it will be from 51.

2. The Skins will not draft any Offensive Linemen before the 7th round

Fiction, I think they like the depth they have for now, other needs more pressing. Could change if right guy falls, but that's true of many positions.

3. The Skins will draft an ILB

Fact, I'm expecting a Perry Riley 4th-5th round kind of guy.

4. The Skins will not draft a Safety with their first pick (wherever that pick may occur)

Fact, Skins have been good at BPA over need. Chances are they'll like someone else better

5. The Skins will draft another QB

Fiction, unless they draft someone like Denard Robinson, and have no intention of him actually playing QB...

6. The Skins will draft a NT (or a player they project as a NT)

Fact, at least for one more year, again more pressing needs.

7. The Skins will draft a WR or TE with one of their first two draft picks

Fact, my general thought is that they wouldn't, but that usually means very little. Combined with receiving targets available in that range, I think there is a decent chance.

8. The Skins will not draft an RB

Fiction, depends a good bit on Helu, but it seems Shanny always gets at least one.

9. The Skins will draft 3 or more DBs (cornerbacks and/or safeties)

Fact, I think there is a good chance at this. If not we'll see UDFA's brought in at those spots.

10. The fan who gets to announce the Skins' 4th round pick will be female

Fiction, odds are no, but I guess we'll see.

1. The Skins will trade up at some point in the draft - Fiction. I could see it happening, and in my ideal draft we'd wheel and deal with ups and downs, but I'll go fiction.

2. The Skins will not draft any Offensive Linemen before the 7th round - Fiction. Tough call, but I think we will need to add an OT somewhere. Pashos is a loaner, Trueblood may be nothing more than a camp body, and Polumbus is a backup. There's some solid depth at tackle between the late 3rd to 5th rounds, so we might grab one somewhere in there.

3. The Skins will draft an ILB - Fact. Probably very late, but between Fletcher's age, K. Robinson's injury, and losing Alexander, adding a guy makes sense.

4. The Skins will not draft a Safety with their first pick (wherever that pick may occur) - Fact. Again, very close, it depends on who is there. If Swearinger or Reid are there, then they might be the pick, but I feel like other positions are more in line with where we're picking at 51.

5. The Skins will draft another QB - Fiction. Could see it late, but I think they hold off this year. At most, UDFA.

6. The Skins will draft a NT (or a player they project as a NT) - Fiction. Again, could see it, but between Cofield, Baker, and Neild, they sit tight this year.

7. The Skins will draft a WR or TE with one of their first two draft picks - Fact. RAUGH! Very tough call. There are a ton of good WRs available between the 2nd and 3rd, but also CBs, and we obviously need to hit FS. If we sit tight on CB until the 4th, then I would expect one of the 2nd or 3rd picks to be WR, based on how great the talent is there.

8. The Skins will not draft an RB - Fiction. Shanahan always drafts one. ALWAYS.

9. The Skins will draft 3 or more DBs (cornerbacks and/or safeties) - Fiction, but very close. FS and corner I feel are obvious, but I could easily see a SS coming off the board late. Toss-up.

10. The fan who gets to announce the Skins' 4th round pick will be female - Fiction. Wasn't it because she won some award? I'll just say fiction because I assume Goodell wants to hug more people to pretend he's loved.

Sorry Lavar is announcing draft choice as he is a con artest phony in my book and hope the draft does not rub off on his mouth and antics.

Maybe we will slide back below 10-6 with kind of thinking going on and not teamwork first.

I thought the reason the woman who announced it last year got to was because she had won some lottery or competition or something. Maybe I'm mistaken.

And of course Goodell has no one to hug him besides Mara once the 1st round is over, so he'll probably start announcing more picks.

They will pick up a tackle in the middle rounds.

Unless there is a big run on safeties, safety will be our 1st pick. It is our biggest need.

I think we wait until next year.

Neld is coming back this year and has shown enough to stick around.

7. False - The Skins will draft a WR or TE with one of their first two draft picks

Safety first, CB second or flip flopped.

8. True - The Skins will not draft an RB

We have plenty of strength here with AlMo, Helu, Royster and the guy from Baylor.

9. True - The Skins will draft 3 or more DBs (cornerbacks and/or safeties)

The first two picks and then 1 more in the late rounds.

10. True - The fan who gets to announce the Skins' 4th round pick will be female

She will be real and she will be spectacular.

Fact - Too many other holes. 2 guards and a tackle selected last year and two tackles added through FA points to this not be addressed through the draft. Again anything could happen for any of these if someone they absolutely love is still available (see Kirk Cousins last year)

3. The Skins will draft an ILB

Fiction - Picked one last year. Riley and Robinson need time to develop.

4. The Skins will not draft a Safety with their first pick (wherever that pick may occur)

Fact - WR will be first pick.

5. The Skins will draft another QB

Fiction - This is the least likely of the bunch

6. The Skins will draft a NT (or a player they project as a NT)

Fiction - They have two capable backups that need more development

7. The Skins will draft a WR or TE with one of their first two draft picks

Fact - WR, I predict it will be the 2nd round selection (Terrence WIlliams if available)

8. The Skins will not draft an RB

Fact - Too many holes to afford this luxury, and this has been well drafted over the years already. Time for Helu or Royster to step up for the third down option.

9. The Skins will draft 3 or more DBs (cornerbacks and/or safeties)

Fact - At least 2 but I would bet 3 get selected in the hopes we at least hit on one starter for years to come.

10. The fan who gets to announce the Skins' 4th round pick will be female
