Koolblue13
I think 721 was his top speed. Too bad he didn't get the sound barrier.

PCS
690 mph is the estimated speed to break the sound barrier at that altitude. Guess they'll have to check the altitude and speed and see if that was enough to break it.
Bang
Well, that was pretty cool. Now if they attach one of those sky surfers to his feet, how far do you think he can go? think he can glide 100 miles? ~Bang
d0ublestr0ker0ll
^ If my calculations are correct, those sandtraps are mighty big.
SWFLSkins
That was really cool, and to think the guy is claustrophobic? He really needed to get out of that small space and get some serious air.
Mr. Sinister
I'd have lost my ****, stepping out of that capsule right before the jump and gripping the handles. I think the mission control guy told him to adjust something else once he was out of the capsule, and he was holding to the platform thingamajig with one hand for a split second. I'd have left an imprint on that thing from gripping it so hard.
Jumbo
I fell like that for a redhead, once. She really was a gymnast, too, so don't be too quick to mock.

THEREALTOR1
I ended up watching it on Disco with my parents. That was awesome. Where did I see over 2 mil watching live on youtube (maybe it was a tweet on the link KB posted in the OP), then you figure another couple mil (at least) watching it on Disco. Cool that many people were tuned in to watch something like that. Makes me proud to know that even as the world becomes more and more of a distraction, our sense of adventure is still well intact. PCS
Well they say he traveled 800mph and broke the sound barrier. Quite the day he had yesterday.
