Larry
Texas. I'm a Redskins fan. From Oklahoma. Myself, and both of my parents, went to OU. And you didn't even put it on the list?

bcl05
I voted for Mississippi, but on further reflection, would have preferred Texas or Florida.

twa
How about we just merge some of ya'll's dinky ass states? I've seen pool parties with more people than NH.
grhqofb5
California. Then Washington State (all the twilight vampire wannabes out there should have their own country).
Riggo-toni
How about Iowa, so we can finally end the gawdawful corn ethanol programs.
PCS
Pennsylvania. Minus. Lose the Poconos. Plus. We lose Philly. Should clean things up a bit in the Northeast right there,(bonus for New Jersey because...well....it's New Jersey. ).

Should clean things up a bit in the Northeast right there,(bonus for New Jersey because...well....it's New Jersey. ). Touche :ols; I will say that Philly is going through a major greenovation, trying to become the first no kill animal shelter city, has a **** ton of art galleries and culture and is being compared to Seattle in a lot of ways now and if you go north a bit, it's gorgeous! DeaconTheVillain
I hate Texas too. But its not on the list because Texas is important to the US. We would hurt if we lost it. Iowa probably should be on the list... Florida is not on the list because there is tons of cool **** in FL. Any state where people want to vacation is not worthy of banishment. Bang
Excellent reason Thanks. Given the shape and locale, I think Kansas would make an awesome National Swimming Pool. ~Bang

December90
Can we cut California off and send it floating off towards Australia? If we rid ourselves of that liberal left wing nuthouse, then by default the nation improves by becoming more center-right conservative.
TimmySmith
California. Pretty easy. They keep the illegals and the wackos and get to name their price for avocados and wine. Pelosi and Boxer are gone from congress, but they become royalty. Everybody wins.
DeaconTheVillain
If California was a country, it would be the 8th largest economy in the world. Terrible idea, my liberal hating friends
The 12th Commandment
The only downside to getting rid of Arizona would be the additional miles of border it would create. I would, however, keep the Grand Canyon and the White Mountains, as well as my sisters house.
zoony
Plenty of corn in MN and WS :pfft: Iowa is the 3rd ranked agricultural producer in the country behind california and texas despite being just 56k square miles. Compared to 164 and 269k, respectively. It's probably the most important agriculutral state, and an argument can be made for the most important agricultural region on the planet.
