I want to see Nene and Seraphin on the floor together. Would like to see how they would gel.

I think that's what you'll see, assuming the coach isn't Wittman. Nene needs to go back to his natural position at PF. There is absolutely no reason to start him at center

Wall Mack

???? Crawford

???? Singleton

Nene Booker

Seraphin ????

Not sure where you put Vesely or who you start at the 2 and 3.

pass on harden, rather sign gordon

He played seven games this season and that knee injury was more serious than he wanted to admit. I wouldn't even consider him until I had three specialists look at him.

We have nothing to trade for Harden.

We have Vesely and Seraphin. If we end up with #1 overall pick, I'd ship Seraphin and Vesely along with two first round picks for Harden to OKC. OKC isn't getting anything better than that. That actually might be an overpayment. They have no leverage against Harden. They either lose him or get something.

You've lost your damn mind. lol

Harden is good but hasn't shown he can carry a team and he's not terribly athletic. I don't think they'll be serious players to resign him, because Ibaka is more important with Durant and Westbrook locked up. I'd offer our first and exactly NOTHING else. If they take it good if not, try to sign him after next season if he's still needed. It makes sense for them because Bradly Beal isn't all that different and he'd only be asked to be a third scoring option off the bench.

What do you think Harden's value is and what OKC can get for a guy who will likely walk in FA without OKC having a chance to match for his contract rights?

I think you are seriously underrating Harden. He's an excellent shooter with good ball handling skills. Good athlete with good size. He will shine in a bigger role. Bradley Beal may turn out to be just as good, but Harden is already really damn good.

I would have:

Wall ~ Crawford / anyone

Crawford ~ Free Agent / Mason Jr.

MKG ~ Martin / Singleton or Vesely

Nene ~ Booker / Singleton

Seraphin ~ Free Agent

I would trade any or all of the following dudes: Mack, Singleton, Vesely, Booker, Blatche, Lewis, Evans, Cook

And yes, i would love to have Harden on this team. Him plus Crawford would be nice. I just dont expect that at all.

FWIW, they are saying that OKC might be able to get two lotto picks from teams like Portland and Utah in this upcoming draft for Harden. It's likely you'll have to overpay for him, but he's worth it. A lot hinges on where we end up drafting. If you nab one of the top 3-4 players, you make the move.

It's not known how a third option that isn't explosive will do when he's the first option and the defense is gearing to stop him. Right now he's a luxury on the Thunder, a great 6th man and third option. This team lack players as is we can't dump two drafts and a surprising young player for a guy that might not be an allstar.

Lottery balls will matter. If we have the 2nd pick it will be worth much more than two picks if the first is 6th or later.

I would only trade Seraphin if we end up with Anthony Davis. Otherwise, at this point, he might be as valuable to this team as Wall.

James Harden is a carbon-copy of Manu Ginobili. He'd be an AMAZING complimentary piece and a solid #2 scoring option. We just need a number 1 scoring option on the roster LOL. I don't see why you wouldn't want him on the roster? You're not trading for James Harden with the hopes he's going to be the guy to CARRY this team. You're trading for him because he'd be an amazing piece to the puzzle and a guy who would help get this team over the hump and on the track to contending in the East.

I hate the lottery. There's no guarantee that any player is going to be a superstar. We thought Wall would be able to carry us more by now than he has been able to. He's inconsistent and I think some of us question his will to become great. If we finish the season with the 2nd worst schedule, but draw the #6th pic, that's a sham.

With the #2 pick, we can only drop to 5.

With #3, we can drop to 6.

I have a feeling we pick 3rd or 4th. I can see the Hornets getting the first pick and the Bobcats getting the 2nd. Some team almost always jumps up into the top 3. Has there been a lottery in the recent years where the worst 3 ended up top 3?
