Brandon Lloyd Christmas
Spags defenses used to confuse the hell out of JC. Not sure why he'd be interested in a QB whose number he had. I will file this in the "never gonna happen" folder. cause he doesnt have to play the giants twice a year?

Skins93077
Everyone take notice how the nj midgets defense is gonna be without another year under spags! Its gonna blow! No leadership! And for this trade sure for a 2nd and 6th. Buttttttt who would we get with that? Pouncy? Or brown from usc? All in all, it all depends on who is on the board. Does it make sense to trade him if we get nothing in return? I want something in return but not not a box of joe coffee from donkin donuts for campbell. Commander Chaaarmnder
Very Funny!Sometimes you end up marrying your high school sweat heart especially if she shows her worth. We'll definitely see this year if JC is worth keeping around cause the Redskins are going off to scout the college prospects. So the same rules apply.. dont dump your high school dime unless you've already secured a college one. And just hope your college girl hasn't been with every dude on campus...lol Dude..... Just choked on my breakfastm hilarious!
Chicken Fried
I'd love Bradford, but why do they always assume that's who we want at QB. Our front office hasn't really hinted toward anybody. We could just as well get McCoy or Clausen.
Uno Mas
I highly doubt it. The Redskins HAVE to understand that no team in the NFL would give up a 1st+3rd for a 28 year old QB with a 19-35 career record. I think they tendered him so high for two reasons. (And they only make sense when you put them together.)1.) The Redskins know that no one in the NFL actually wants JC. (1st Round+3rd Round picks are way cooler than aging QBs who lose a lot.) 2.) JC has been **** on by or our organization since his first snap as a starter, and the 1st+3rd tender was a way for the new regime to say "Hey man, we are sorry for all the crap we've put you through in the past... we actually really appreciate your services." Even though they don't. The Skins would let JC loose for a 2nd/6th in a heartbeat (probably less). But we need to save our asses here.... Colt Brennan has about as good of a chance at getting to the playoffs as Freddy Prinze Jr does at winning an Oscar. Todd Collins was spotted at Sherm Lewis' All-Star Bingo Event last week. JC is like a high-school girlfriend... you keep her happy until something sexier comes along, <edited by staff to comply with forum rules on vulgar content>
Veretax
I like Bradford but not with the first overall pick. I think its more likely 2nd or Third Rounder for Campbell, hopefully a 2nd, and we maybe throw in a late round pick or a player maybe. Let's give them uhm... Cooley! yeah LOL jjk
RedskinTerrorist
At that point you've just confirmed what everyone in high school thought anyway. You're a total jerk and the day you dumped the old girlfriend was the best day of her life. EEISH. that hit home... what rumor did he spread about you? TheREALJBird
I'd trade Campbell to STL for their #2 pick in a heartbeat. #4, #33, and #36 picks...could nab an Elite QB and two OL, that'd be an awesome draft. I have a hard time believing JC will get any offers though.

Jumbo
Need to do a bit of mod work here given the number of violations in the thread: 13. Please refrain from posting explicit material in posts. This includes sexually explicit or implicit (hardcore/softcore pornography, animated pictures, written language, etc.) content. Use discretion, and err on the side of caution in instances where material you are considering posting might be considered “over the line.” Members quoting posts that include such violations (or other rule violations) without editing the violation out of the quote are simply creating another violation of this Rule and may be penalized accordingly. As far as thinking that as long as the profanity filters work, anything you type is "ok", think a little harder. You can type all kinds of unacceptable comments that the filters do not make "ok" even when, or if, they are activated. The fliters are just a way of allowing some common expressiveness through cursing with less problems. But one can easily still make both filtered and unfiltered comments that are over the line by nature of the word choice. Simple, if you think about it. Pardon the interruption, but it's better than giving several people a week off. Back to topic.
No Excuses
I would accept a 2nd rounder or 3rd round pick from St. Louis. I mean it's essentially a late first round or late 2nd round pick that can be used to add a player who might have a future on this team. Campbell will not be here in the next two years so we will be stupid not to get future value for him.
boobiemiles
Well if that happens we are rebuilding. We will be near the top of the draft in 2011, so this year's draft should give Shan and Allen a lot of practice at evaluating talent at the top of the draft board. I love this team. I am a maverick, so a team that allows a 3000 yard passer in the toughest league in the wold has to be the ultimate maverick.

If you go 4-12 against a schedule like we did not to mention 0-6 in the division during 2009 you deserve to be rebuilding. If you're not you don't want to win. ntotoro
Well if that happens we are rebuilding. We're 4-12 against a pastry puff schedule outside our Division with a bunch of old guys and overpaid guys. This team is rebuilding.
THE HAMMER'IN HOG
Well with all this talk about picks for JC has anyone ever heard of any team offering so much as a bag of balls for JC, ever? Last season when everyone knew we were trying to get rid of JC, did we hear so much as one team make an offer? NOT ONE! I think there is a lot of wishful thinking of JC's value from both sides of the neg. and pos. position of JC. Who outside of these fan boards [within the NFL] really thinks JC has remotly any significant value?
Dirk Diggler
cause he doesnt have to play the giants twice a year? My point was, HC's usually bring on players from other teams who used to have trouble containing, rather than players who they used to expose. (i.e. Bill Belicheck bringing in Wes Welker when after he was with the Dolphins)
skinsfan190
I already got this one figured out 1: 4. Jimmy Clausen QB ND 2: 33. Charles Brown LT USC 2: 37. Jahvid Best RB Cal/Maurkice Pouncey C Florida Sounds good to me!
skinsfan190
Here is what is gonna happen. The Bills or Rams will trade for Jason Campbell. If you look at it they have no choice. I think Suh is the obvious choice at 1st overall. But they still need a solid starting QB. That is where Jason comes in. The Bills have no QB or offensive line. If they don't adress QB at 9th overall (I don't think Bradford or Clausen will be there) there won't be a starting QB avilable in the 2nd. That is where Jason comes in. Jason is a good QB who has improved every year as a pro. He is a starting NFL QB and there will be interest among these teams. Obviously some people thing I'm crazy because "jason isn't worth a 2nd round pick" but history shows it doesnt matter what a player is worth if the demand is there. Bingo, and that's the key. Although I'd add that it doesn't matter what a player is worth to his CURRENT team, because the worth varies, as you're saying. Why would the Bills want Jason if they don't have an offensive line? Average sack time for quarterbacks is 2.7 to 2.8 seconds. Jason has shown he can make plays if he has the full 2.8 seconds or more. But his thinking is not quick enough, IMO, to consistently make plays with less time. Plus his accuracy suffers when he rushes his throw.

Also, wouldn't it be hilarious if TO did go back to Buffalo and he had JC throwing to him?? Three NFCEast Qb's haha. Not to mention how he'd feel about his deep ball accuracy...
