ceviker
I'm 100% rooting for Team USA - how can you not if you're American? If USA can't win the gold, I want Russia, followed by Sweden. I moved to Calgary a year ago and I'm so tired of hearing about freakin Crosby. Quite frankly, if the Canucks don't medal, it'll be hilarious. desioreo87
I'm not sure what you mean.Did I write something incorrectly up in the OP? i think he means games. In england they refer to matches as ties a lot so it could be that. i think the OP was great so no worries here.
Springfield
I'm not sure what you mean.Did I write something incorrectly up in the OP? No... it's perfect. My reading comprehension level was at a 10% when it should have at least been a 15%. It's not hard to understand. Basically each team gets 3 games to determine their standing. The 8 lowest teams have to play a game to qualify for the quarterfinals and the top 4 teams automatically get in. After that it's basically tournament style. I'd say a halfway decent chance that USA finished the first 3 at 2-1. I don't see any way they beat Canada.

Chopper Dave
I wish they'd switch the coverage of US/GB Men's Curling and US/CAN Men's Hockey. MSNBC isn't in HD, but CNBC is. Does mother****ing curling REALLY need to be in HD? Because hockey does.

Chopper Dave
Wow. That's bad. Maybe the curling connoiseuers need to see the individual bristles....Who am I kidding. Nobody watches that ****. Honestly, I like watching it for a short period of time every four years. But if I can only watch one, it's obviously US vs. Canada in Men's Hockey. And if I can watch both, but only one in HD, it's still obviously US vs. Canada in Men's Hockey. The only thing I can think of is that NBC cares more about getting better ratings for MSNBC than CNBC, which makes sense from a certain standpoint, but practically speaking, it sucks balls. I mean, I get it, Canada is the hockey home and power but why not Sweden or Finland or god knows who else---ANYONE but Russia. 3 Washington Capitals players are on the Russian Team, Alex Ovechkin being the most popular. If you are a Caps fan, you HATE the Penguins with all your heart. They are the Cowboys of hockey. Crosby is the arch-rival of Ovechkin and he will be playing for Canada. Crosby plays for the Penguins. Therefore... **** Canada!!! LOL!
