So, there's the $35mill he'll get from Dan, +3.5mill from Denver, + 3.5mill in 'incentives', which makes $42mill. Keep making things up and you'll soon get to the rumored $50mill. Just to help, he'll get 2 lots of $3.5mill from Denver, but incentives? Where does it say that, and what are they? The figures, no matter how you add them up, still comes to $42mill, saving Dan a lazy $8mill on the deal. Seems like a win/win for all concerned.
