Additions to team.......either thru trade, free agency or draft. IMO - he is waiting on HC position to be filled and the HC will make decision on players. Promised assistant coaches he will let them know when a new HC has been decided. Allen building a beautiful home in the future? Looking for a PASSIONATE, DEDICATED, HC......... Need a passionate, winning coach Best way to improve a team is through addition, not subtraction. Doesn't think Campbell has played his best football yet Skins are committed to winning. When are people in this organization going to realize that a complete rebuilding is needed. And I like what B-Mitch said - Campbell hasn't proved that he's a franchise player yet because this franchise hasn't proved they're a franchise, they need a franchise OL.
