Spear
I say we employ the Wile E. Coyote offense. Portis on a pair of rocket skates would be unstoppable.
Dirty#30
I notice how jimbo zorny loves running in the redzone. Attempted just 3 passes in the end zone sunday (2 campbells dropped td passes, one CP to coolmeister). How about we run the wildcat? have randle el or portis taking the direct snap? hell even campbell has the power and speed to run wildcat?I think campbell will do pretty well in wildcat. Hes got a ben roethlisberger build with mcnabb speed. If not we can just have randle el back there. is this a trick question? :hysterical::doh:
Portis for 6
LOL thanks for posting an example of what a wildcat formation looks like OP!!!!
rd421
Wow wildcard......jeeze this is FULL OF FAIL!
polywog999
The wild card is when you snap the ball directly to the other team, after which they get tackled in the end zone for a safety. This is a much better play than the race card, which can result in an unsportsmanlike penalty.

SkinsGlory
Hyperventilation at it's best. Punt the gameplan, punt the preseason and offseason work! Wildcard!
Tulane Skins Fan
Honestly, I don't know why we don't have some wildcat... even with Randle El. It can't hurt. I wonder about the Pistol also? Why not?
JohnnyUtah
Only if we can run it using Malcomb Kelly...

SKOALSKIN
How about we put haynesworth and mike williams in the backfield and call it the buffet line? board banter is at an all time low.
sugarbear326
I like that, run the wildcard, is that when zorn closes his eyes and just picks a play when we're in the redzone, and the winner is Randy Thomas, Randy will run the wildcard this weekend with his new surgically repaired tricep... Da Truth
I don't know why he aint put Randle El back there sooner..he stay tryna get him to throw the jont from the backfield anyway - just have him taking the snap and run some plays
Thirtyfive2seven
 This is fun Seriously though, yes I think we have the personnel to run it a few times. Maybe even in the red zone. Spread the field and try to freaking score some points.
Chanhillbilly
In a word, no... They can't get the meat and potatoes bland offense right, they can't get the WR/HB option right. Do you think they can execute the "wildcat" aka 1930's football? Heck why not just go to the triple option or the wishbone. Didn't this discussion come up when Vick was on the market. And yeah, why not punt on the whole preseason, offseason, last year etc and go with the flash in the pants wildcat crappy offense that will be gone by the end of the years. HailToTheRedskins14
I always have to put a disclaimer when I mention Tim Tebow so For the record, I strongly dislike Tim Tebow BUT Draft Tim Tebow and let him run the Wildcat.
polywog999
Why can't we run something cool that we came up with on our own? Or is that being too original?
SkinsBry
I always have to put a disclaimer when I mention Tim Tebow soFor the record, I strongly dislike Tim Tebow BUT Draft Tim Tebow and let him run the Wildcat. I'm on the fence about how Tebow will be as a typical Pro QB but I'd bet that he would be efficient in a Wildcat system.
