Best Super Nintendo Games?

Thinking Skins

I downloaded Mario RPG for the Wii. Played it for like 4 hours straight.

It's still the ****. Thank you Toe Jam for reminding me how good that game was (and that it was available on the Wii).

No problem.

Have you gone up against the cake yet? LOL. That was hilarious.

I just got the second star. Got my 2nd compadre for my quest, the guy in the blue shirt.

If I remember correctly, Bowser joins my team later on in the game. Mario RPG is one of the few RPG's that I've played and beat all the way through. Most of the others I played until it was almost over.

Yeah. It's right after Bowser joins that you get to where creepy dude is about to marry the princess. Funniest **** in the whole game.

You believe in Geno?

I wasn't a big fan.

No I really didn't like him at all, just that game was awesome and bringing back memories is fun.

I got so frustrated in that freaking underwater ship stage where you had to go into the different rooms to figure out the password, I was stuck there for a long long time.

Yeah. They tried to make a level that looked something like that on Super Mario 64 but all it did was annoy.

Geno!!!!!!

That'd be the guy! His main weapon is way more kick ass than Jigglypoof or Mario's weapons.

Yep.

I need to read an online guide to this game so I know where all of the secret stuff is. I'm running around blindly jumping hoping that I will find a secret box. I know that they are all over the place but I can't remember where they are.

The super jump that Mario has is the ****!

There's a lot of stuff you'll find with a guide. My strategy was always simple, though: fight as many enemies as possible.

Towards the end of the game, you should be using Mario, Bowser, and the princess in battle to get the best results.

I dunno... I've only got the 2nd super jump special. It only lets me jump on them like 10 times. I'll let you know after I get the best super jump.

no, you don't need an upgrade. There's Jump, which lets you jump twice on one enemy; Super Jump, which lets you jump 100 times on one enemy, and Ultra Jump which is basically Super Jump but you mix it up with who you jump on. after about 13 jumps or so, you need to change up your timing (or you need more accurate timing, I think). Get the right timing you should be able to keep doing it with your eyes closed just focusing on the timing.

get back to me when you get it. I've done absolutely everything there is to do in that game. From doing 100 jumps, getting the Lazy Shell, finding all hidden treasures, Great Guy's casino... I've done it all.

Chrono Trigger is better.
No. Final Fantasy II.

Epic Fail on both counts. Especially you, MissU. How can you possibly say that II is superior to III? Because they went to the moon or rode in a big whale? Please. Final Fantasy III rules on storyline, characters, music, battle mode...everything.

Nope. Chrono Trigger beats both.

Seriously. You, sir, are overflowing with Super Mario RPG knowledge. It makes me happy to see someone else who knows how to pwn in one of the best games ever made.

I've never played III. I just grew up with II. I remember staying home sick in elementary school and playing it. Buying it off Ebay in college and playing it. I loved everything about it- the characters, storyline, everything. First game I ever got into. I'm sure III is good, but II has a lot of sentimental value to me.

F-Zero was also great.

Can't you have 4 party members just wondering who the experts suggest;)
