BG4Life
Just to cause more problems (LOL!), the Giants had #21 back on their helmets this week...though I'm sure you all already saw that.
#21Taylor4Ever
I've been all over this stupid ass Pats fan I know about this issue, and he refuses to give a clear answer. His answers range from, "I doubt they're the only ones", "they were only required to honor him for one week", and "I hadn't noticed." Does anyone else think this is a clear cut sign of disrespect??? Forgive me fellow Skins fans, but this truly disgusts me.

skinfan2k
To some people it is just a sticker. They have a fallen solider of their own. The NFL only mandated it for 1 week.
Vicious
they wore it the first week, one of their players died in that jet ski incident when he tried to save those girls so they have his sticker on their helms.
Mark The Homer
Hmm. I think I'll wait until Thursday to comment on this. Then I'll start a new thread.
#21Taylor4Ever
The Broncos wear Williams' and Taylor's number together. I cant believe people dont think it's strange that the Pats are the only team to remove it after one week. And no, it's not just a sticker, its respect for what Taylor meant to the league. MonkFan8
I cant believe people dont think it's strange that the Pats are the only team to remove it after one week. I don't believe they are...But there have been like, 10,000 threads made on this already. Pretty pointless to belabor it.
SkinSpike
:2cents: The Patriots aren't the only team that have not got "21 on their helmets. Several teams don't. I didn't take it as a sign of disrespect.
PCS
Cripes. Is this kind of thing still going on? That horse is dead and buried. Again and again. This one can join the rest of them I believe. And maybe you can find your answers there.
BoBoCTiberius
It's probably been brought up, but it's still getting people all uptight. The Pats aren't wearing the sticker because they're wearing a "91" sticker for one of their linemen who died not too long ago in a jet ski accident, while saving a girl's life. I think they can easily have a pass.
BG4Life
:2cents: The Patriots aren't the only team that have not got "21 on their helmets. Several teams don't. I didn't take it as a sign of disrespect. I agree that I don't take it as a sign of disrespect. I don't consider it a big deal that after the required first week some teams decided to take it off. I'm thankful that the NFL saw to it that Sean was honored in that manner. I'm more interested in and SURPRISED by the teams that still have it on for a third straight week. It really makes me smile when I see that teams other than the 'Skins are still honoring Taylor. From what I could determine, the teams that were still wearing the sticker in Week 15 were: Green Bay, Denver, Houston, Cincinatti, San Francisco, Atlanta, Cleveland, Tennessee, Kansas City, Pittsburgh, Miami, Arizona, New Orleans, Chicago, Minnesota, Oakland, San Diego, Philadelphia, Dallas and New York Giants (who put the sticker back on after not having it on last week). And Willis McGahee was the only Raven still wearing it from what I could see. Oh, and get this! That list above? Including the Redskins, it totals 21 NFL teams that are still representing with the sticker. Was that planned or just an eerie coincidence? :paranoid:
Mickalino
while their opponent, the Jags, aren't wearing it at all. I know there's a lot of Raider haters out there, maybe this will change your view. RIP #

COOLhandsCOOLEY
Not to be a smart ass, but are you sure that the Jags aren't wearing it? Could it be that the cameras are on the wrong side of the field to see it on their helmets right now? I have heard a couple of times people saying that the sticker wasn't being worn by a certain team, but thought that all the teams were wearing them for the remainder of the season. 337
I'd be surprised if any teams in the NFC East took them off before the end of the season.
chipwhich
on his helmet. The rest of the team...no ST sticker. Gotta give him props for that.

One Shot
I remember seeing a picture of them talking and giving props to eachother before a game. Or maybe it was after. I find myself instantly being a fan of a player that personally gives his respects to ST.

BG4Life
Actually, I believe there is at least one other player from the Chargers wearing the sticker. I've so far seen CB Quentin Jammer with it on. Last week, I think Antonio Pierce was wearing it.
Johnny White Guy
I'm glad LT is wearing it but I'm really sad to hear the rest of the Chargers are not (even though its optional)
