From my (brief) time in the private sector, my experience was that having vacation days and being able to use them without facing scorn from your employer are two very different things. It's a rare sighting of the seldom-seen "Double Flop." There was one earlier in the playoffs by the Thunder, as seen below, so they must be making a resurgence in the wild.
