We have already seen that pathway utilized once. It would not surprise me to see additional charges in this case or the others.

I also expect to see further expansion of indicted individuals.

My first gut reaction is - no insurrection (or similar charge? “Defraud the United States” doesn’t really seem to capture what went on here - that sounds like stealing money. *sigh*
 

 

That said - I would feel stupid thinking I would know about what this should and shouldn’t be than the people at DOJ making the decisions.
