Do you believe God makes mistakes?

Well, yeah he's had a couple of missteps a time or two. Let me help out:

He created Lucifer (kind of a big deal there),

He then, instead of blinking that turd out of existence,  he decides to give him his own realm to control (albeit without A/C),

Makes a deal for our souls to build armies for Armageddon (still not quite sure why you would do this),

Created us when he should have left it to the dinosaurs,

Created Donald ****ing Trump.

Hope this helps.

HTTR!

I try to take everybody I meet as an individual, and judge them on the merits of their character.  Not being supportive of a lifestyle is not the same as not liking the individual.

Haha try that in a small town

The fact that religion is being brought into political conversations is troubling to me.

Especially when people are claiming they vote R because they are Christians, when the nominee is a convicted rapist, felon, racist, who has cheated on his wife multiple times and cannot tell a truth to save his life lol.

It is comical at best lol.

I do agree with @TradeTheBeal! that more than half our country is stupid though.  I mean hell just look at how dumb your average person is, and then remember that HALF OF THE POPULATION is dumber than that person.

that’s fine. Do you hate gay people and/or feel they shouldn’t have the same rights as you?

No, I don't hate anybody.  I do believe marriage is between a man and a woman.  I will go to my grave believing this regardless of what society tells me I'm supposed to believe.

For all his faults, even though he is not actually a convicted rapist, (civil and criminal are two different things) and I believe that his felony convictions are ultimately overturned...I believe he is the best man to run the country out of the two options we have.  Sad, I know, but here we are.

Dude, you are not just picking him over Biden, you picked him over the entire GOP field who I presume you have no policy disagreements with.

@Califan007 The Constipated it's better to be first than right.  Another in our laundry list of problems.

Once it became clear he was going to win there was no point in voting for somebody else.  I was hoping that DeSantis would get a better footing within the party, but that did not happen.

When Trump says he will get revenge on everyone who he perceives is out to get him if he's elected again, that's not a concern? Especially when he tries to violate our own laws to stay in the White House? Those are indications that a man is a narcissistic sociopath who does not respect his own country's laws no matter what he says.

I'm not a big Biden fan myself but I won't vote for someone who is so obviously an unstable authoritarian who values personal loyalty over the law.

It should be alarming that his support increased after being convicted on 34 counts...that says a lot about the base.

Why should your opinion be a decider of anyone's right to form their family as they wish? The same goes for control of women's bodily autonomy, why should your opinion control what anyone does with their body?

His convictions aren't going to be overturned. An anonymous grand jury indicted him. Twelve jurors convicted him if 34 felony counts (that's 408 separate votes in the jury room).  He owes millions because he sexually assaulted a woman (12 jurors), and was civilly convicted twice of defaming said woman.

He's civilly convicted of business fraud for more millions of dollars.  His whole life is one big grift of human beings for his own pleasure. I fully believe he grifts humans and gets a laugh out of it. This doesn't even mention his other grifting activities. Tell me how his casinos lost money when the house hardly ever loses? He runs on criminal operation and passes down what he learned from his father and the mob lawyer Roy Cohn.

He certainly doesn't need to be president again.

You must want to live in a fascist country. We fought a world war to get rid of fascists, or didn't you learn that in school?

Society will do what it will, but that doesn't mean I have to like or support all of it.

No one's asking you too. You can just stay out of people's private business.

Be honest, would it have mattered if he was convicted in a criminal trial as opposed to losing in a civil trial?  The fact that is was more likely than not, but not beyond reasonable doubt, that's the tipping point?

As for his NY felony conviction, if it is not overturned, let's be real, is that changing your support?  Do you believe that Trump didn't sleep with Stormy Daniels while his wife was pregnant?  If so, why did they write her the check?

Oh, I know ... being fat in some countries is associated with prosperity, that you have food.

Not here.

I would bet that DJT hasn't paid for a meal in decades.  Restaurants comp him just like they do Tiger Woods.  (They don't tip and they're ****ty people.)

My opinion is no greater than yours and yours is no greater than mine.  Like I said, society will do what it does, but I don't have to like it or endorse it, and I will speak my mind when I feel I need to.

Yes, it does.  OJ Simpson lost a civil trial but was not convicted in a criminal trial.  People for years continued saying he was not convicted, and the real killer was out there somewhere.

I believe that often people are paid off to avoid a lengthy civil or criminal trial.  I don't think everybody who settles out of court is automatically guilty of whatever their accuser accuses them of.  I know this to be the case in fact.  Sometimes the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

Wait, wait, wait. You don’t think OJ did it?
