A pizza doesn’t meet the criteria to be a sandwich. The definition of a sandwich is to be between two other things.

No. It's pastry. If a pop tart is a sammich, so is cake, two crust pies, filled donuts, etc.

I’ve seen this conversation topic come up on multiple forums and devolve into the same sub-discussions.

 

Its like being a football fan for 40 years and the NFL has me questioning what the F a catch actually is.

 

It shouldn’t be this hard. You know it when you see it.

 

A pizza, pop tart, quesadilla, hot dog, burrito, wraps are not sandwiches. 


That’s the final word.
