Sorry was driving son home from practice.

With pick #116, the 49ers select...

YAYA DIABY, ED, LOUISVILLE

This pick is good. The trade is not a problem except we need to sort out the exact picks since there is no pick #264.

GB does have #256. The draft values are the same.   Is the what was meant?

With pick 117 New England selects Xavier Hutchinson  WR Iowa State.

I almost took him in the third instead of Eli Ricks. 6'2  203 pounds. Great hands, great routes and productive. 107 catches for 1171 and 6 TD's in 2022. The only thing he lacks is elite speed.

With the 118 pick in the 2023 Draft the Washington Commanders select Tyjae Spears RB Tulane

Has the 15th Highest Next Gen Stat Score in the entire draft of any position.

Spears is a space player with big-time home-run potential. He’s a headache for linebackers in the open field. This past fall, he went for 1,587 yards on 231 carries with 19 scores and 1,052 yards after contact.

Spears took his game to another level in 2022, earning the American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year Award by rushing for 1,581 yards and 19 scores (229 carries, 6.9 per) and catching 22 passes for 256 yards (11.6) and two touchdowns in 14 starts.

He's different than what we have and can fill that 3rd RB role. Can catch the rock and take it to the barn.

With the 119th pick, the Minnesota Vikings select

Terell Smith, CB, Minnesota

Great 2022 tape followed by impressive showings at the Shrine Game and NFL combine. 4.4 40 time track speed to go with ideal measurables. A day 3 steal at a primary position of need on the roster.

Overview

Ascending cornerback with an outstanding combination of size, speed and toughness. Smith’s technique and game film improved from 2021 to 2022. He stays low and patient in his backpedal. He has above-average footwork for a cornerback his size, which allows him to mirror the release and stay connected to the deep route. He’s experienced in playing all forms of coverage, but he’s best from press and off-man. Smith is a reliable tackler with a playing disposition that matches expectations for NFL run support. The on-ball production is a little light, but the traits and talent are in place for a starting role at outside cornerback in the future or a transition to safety.

Chargers looking to move up. Next years picks are on the table as well as the 6/7 this year.

This year’s 4th is not on the table but I could part with the 5th.

First year doing this for me, so what’s the general rule there. I know it says you can trade future picks once, I’m guessing that doesn’t carry over ? More a case to balance the trade value ?
