Case in point ... the Skins were finally looking pretty good after beating the Bucs last year. After the game, the team (showing absolutely zero class) openly trolled Bucs’ Coach Dirk Koetter with an official tweet showing him tossing out L’s to local reporters. I believe they’ve won two games since. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.usatoday.com/amp/1972044002 This tweet summarized and showcased everything that’s wrong with the organization. Low class, overconfidence, a feeling of entitlement, etc... In fact, the problem with this organization is that it’s not one thing ... it’s EVERYTHING (bad stadium, poor media relations, lousy player acquisition decision making, player-led culture, movie stars on the sidelines pregame, misspelled players names at ceremonies, Larry Michael’s Baghdad Bob Homerism, etc...) Worst of all, the organization takes zero personal accountability. It’s never the team’s fault, etc. How do you solve this problem? Only by cleaning house and hiring a proven NFL front office that does things the right way (on the business AND football side). Does Snyder want to do it. Unlikely ... because if he recognized the issue, he probably would’ve fixed by now. Keeping fingers crossed he eventually wakes up, but not counting on it. Snyder convincing players to mix pain meds to get them on the field. For the sake of player safety, I think dan Snyder should be forced to sell the team immediately.
