People keep harping on Mitch McConnel, but the real culprit in all of this is Paul Ryan. I have a pet theory that Mitch McConnell is covering for Paul Ryan's wimpy style of politics. Paul Ryan is a spineless wimp, utterly incapable of standing up to the extremists in the Freedom Caucus. The Senate can easily pass DACA and punt this to the house.
