twa Posted August 31, 2019 Share Posted August 31, 2019 The incident began with an attempted traffic stop by a Texas Depart of Public Safety officer, and the fleeing suspect shot the officer and fired at random motorists along Interstate 20. One of the injured victims was a 17-month old toddler, officials said. The DPS officer who was shot and another law enforcement officer who was injured are both expected to survive. 'There is no active shooter at this time.
