Don't buy the "Dems obstructed so we need to work more" line they'll throw out. The Senate almost never works Fridays and they open late on Mondays. They basically work a 3 day week. Larry
No news here. Republicans changing rules (and cancelling recess) because they figure it will help their Party.

DogofWar1
In other news, the Onion declares that all its content will now be nothing more than meta-humor pointing out the absurdity of current existence.
Sacks 'n' Stuff
I was about to start a thread called, 'the most disgraceful collection of uselessness I've ever seen in my life'. Glad I saw this first.

Larry
Wouldn't mind seeing another pair of pies: Republicans in Congress. Republicans in America.
Larry
Been thinking, (always dangerous), and I'm thinking there's a story here that's not getting enough attention. Can anybody come up with even an imaginary legitimate, constitutional, reason for congressional Republucan leadership to be traveling to Russia? Anything other than collaborating on how Russia can help Republicans get elected?

Then comes back a different and somehow worse person? They'll claim they are there to woo Russian investors to their home states or whatever. But right now they could get off the plane holding a sack with a $ on it and there would be people saying its a deep state lie.

DogofWar1
This is a little more local, but did anyone else see that Richard Black, State Senator from VA, met with Assad and then started peddling RU propaganda?
