This is going to be a public poll and doing this now before preseason starts driving people towards 16-0 (we're unstoppable) or 0-16 (sky is falling) like it always does : )

Gun to my head, 10-6, repeat division champs, loss in divisional round.  Our record isn't going to get us many home games in the playoffs, and I'm not sold on our run offense / run defense yet to say we can win a playoff game on the road.  Again, its late July.

Yes, I'm trying to distract ya'll from that whack Greg Hardy thread.  Let if die already, please.

Doesnt MTH normally do these, officially? Anyways, I could see 8-8 but with us being a better football team.

Im going same record as last year, 9-7, WC victory, Divisional loss. Crap, I accidentally picked WC loss

Not sure, but I'll accept the thread close and the ban if that's the case.

I don't go into any game believing we've already lost. This is how I came to 10-6 though, and this is my minimum expectation.

We're open to to better in some of these home primetime games if our run offense and run defense are above average versus below average (Packers game is most likely of the three I see us pulling off to get to 11-5).  I will be dissapointed and surprised if we are less then 10-6.

That Steelers game will set the tone for where we are in the NFL hierarchy, especially in regards to how good our defense actually is.  It's a huge game for Cousins as well (will be at Browns game, Section 401 Row 5).

Wow, so you seriously think we beat the Cardinals in Arizona but lose to the Browns at home.  Ok, man can I sell you a bridge?

Despite the tougher schedule, we got a healthy QB coming off a great season......I'm inclined to say 9-7 again but I'll shoot for 10-6 and a repeat division crown.  However, I'll say we lose in the NFCCG because I have some future bet $$ that we at least go to the Bowl (and some more that we win the whole thing), so I'll just prepare for that disappointment and hope we progress further than I think!

Hey, I'm shocked, too (I'm going to that game), but don't let it wound you up and have a mod see you broke rule 11.

Schedule is in the OP, and I know there may be a couple of predictions in here at some point, but Kool is right.

Anyone who thinks we'll lose to the Browns, but beat the cardinals is dillusional. What about the Browns makes you think they'd beat us, and what about Arizona makes you think we can beat them?

Has be thinking trap game, but I still don't see it.  If there's any game Kirk is going to be up for its that one, mark my words.

I'm already on record as saying we could have a historically good offense this year, if one of these backs blows up.

We've got a defense build to attack with a lead and capitalize.

Plenty of talented depth on ST.

We're bigger, stronger and more physical this season and last year other teams said we were bruisers.

I also said I think we lose one in Philly and lose to the Panthers and I think we win the rest.

I said we get to the championship game, but why not just pick us to win it all.

I'm going with dialed down expectations. Like many have noted, we have yet to make repeat playoff appearances since before I was born. I think that will change this year considering how badly off the rest of the division is, but I don't see us getting over the first round hump just yet.

That's for next year, when we get over the last round hump, too. B)

Its the NFL season. Im not sure what seems so delusional about it. The term "Any given Sunday" exists for a reason, not that I agree with his prediction (or even have to)

I agree with you, but for me, potential does not equal production.  A lot of pieces on defense (Preston, Cravens, and Compton) that will be needed for run defense are still young and heading in right direction, same as the RBs.

We'll know by the Cleveland game, even if we still start 3-1 like I see coming.
