Corcaigh
Pastor Jim Bakker and the guests on his show asserted this week that Satanic worship services were taking place in some Planned Parenthood clinics That changes everything. If religious services are being offered at Planned Parenthood facilities, Congress will be happy to give them whatever money they need.
AsburySkinsFan
Looks like the GOP is finally admitting what the adults in the room already knew, but it's always nice to see a GOP witch hunter admit he found nothing wrong in the investigation. House Oversight Committee chair Jason Chaffetz admitted yesterday that the congressional inquiry into Planned Parenthood’s funding has come up empty, saying in a hearing, “Did I look at the finances and have a hearing specifically as to the revenue portion and how they spend? Yes. Was there any wrongdoing? I didn’t find any.” “Did we find any wrongdoing? The answer was no,” Chaffetz said. Unfortunately, the GOP Witch Hunter still thinks that Planned Parenthood needs a few more dunks in the river to really sort out if there be witches. http://americablog.com/2015/10/jason-chaffetz-admits-planned-parenthood-investigation-turned-up-bubkus.html

AsburySkinsFan
revenue portion and how they spend seems lightweight and vague Seriously, why even bother to pretend that this isn't just an anti-abortion witch hunt designed to smear Planned Parenthood the same way the Benghazi witch hunt was designed to smear Hillary? It's like you guys on the Right don't even care about the truth, you just want to see things or people you don't like drug through the mud and have the Rightwing nuts hurl accusations all day long, and by the time the investigation is over you just hope the American public has moved onto some other witch you can dunk for awhile. Whether they're receiving millions shouldn't really matter as far as having actual facts behind the allegations. Right now the only "facts" are videos that were heavily edited to push a specific angle. IMO that's like having a huge Congressional investigation that costs tons of money to investigate allegations made in a Michael Moore movie. ROTFLMAO You keep using the word allegations....I don't think it means what you think it means. If you think those videos are legitimate allegations then the educational system failed you miserably and I'd seriously consider consulting an attorney for damages. DogofWar1
allegations were clearly made of improprieties....you seem to object to investigating them. Not at all, investigations on this, while not necessarily without some witch huntery involved, were okay at the start. But after so many investigations have turned up no evidence of illegal activity, yes, then, I would object to more investigations, because you're throwing time and taxpayer money away at that point. At a certain point, you have to give it up. Between all the states that have turned up nothing and Chaffetz and the Congress finding nothing, I think this witch hunt can likely be closed. PP wins, and did nothing wrong or illegal. Rs you've got 15 more minutes to flail and whine, then get back to work...whatever that is. Maybe try repealing the ACA another 50 times. Predicto
And OJ was innocent. No, OJ was guilty. ACORN was innocent. The broad generalized smears against ACORN fell apart when exposed to the light of day, but that was months later after the organization was defunded and destroyed. One of my favorites was the allegations of "vote fraud" against ACORN. Turned out that ACORN's own employee had turned in fake voter registrations to try to boost his pay. ACORN discovered the fakery, reported the fakes to the state voting authorities. No false voters were registered, no false votes were cast. This was transformed into a hundred breathless headlines and GOP press conferences about RAMPANT ACORN VOTE FRAUD!!!!!" I'm surprised you don't remember this. After all, you were the one who kept linking us to those headlines.

Well that was definitely worth all of the screaming, yelling and money spending by conservatives to ruin the entire organization. And the fact that we have found meteorites on Earth demonstrates that the possibility that one put the dent in my car is real. Likely? Not so much. DogofWar1
So for all the kicking and screaming on ACORN, all they got them with was violating a single state's laws? And that law wasn't even saying they committed voter fraud but rather broke a procedural law about paying canvassers? That's a very far cry from the original allegations.
