The video footage of the beginning of the search appears to show no marijuana on the car’s rear floor. In the footage, Erickson can be heard telling Pastran, “We have to find something. You know what I mean?” Then Erickson’s camera cuts off.

Subsequently, it turns back on, and he can be seen picking up a marijuana cigarette and announcing his alleged finding, despite his partner’s previous declarations that he did not see anything.

Phoenix Police officer under investigation for allegedly making porn while working from home

Phoenix police officer Christian Goggans is facing an internal investigation, according to the department. Multiple sources told Arizona’s Family Goggans was making and distributing pornography while he was assigned to work from home and on the clock.

Our sources have confirmed it is Goggans in extremely graphic porn videos he had been uploading to a public Twitter page. Sources said while he was on home duty, he had also been traveling to and from Las Vegas producing, starring, and then posting many pornographic videos to a public Twitter page under the name ‘Rico Blaze.’

Their public information officer said home duty required him to call in once daily. However, they would not go into the investigation or why he was on home assignment.

From looking at their policy and also talking to a police source, it appears anything that discredits the department is a violation of their operations, and that would include porn.

L.A. SHERIFF'S DEPT. ROOKIE'S OPEN MIC CAPTURES SEX ROMP ... 'You're Gonna Rip My Underwear!!!'

A Los Angeles Sheriff's deputy is under investigation for, apparently, having sex on the job ... or at least that's what it sounds like on the radio broadcast that picked up some of the nitty-gritty.

The audio, obtained by TMZ, could be heard over LASD airwaves this past weekend, and we're told it came from a rookie female deputy working at the Men's Central Jail that night. It sounds like, during a break in her shift, she got into some risky business.

Take a listen ... you can hear a woman giggling and warning her partner that he's going to rip her underwear, to which he responds playfully.

Now, law enforcement sources tell us this deputy went out to a parking structure that night, and her bosses believe she accidentally engaged her radio while getting into it. She eventually realized the microphone was open and shut it down, but, as you can hear, the damage was done.

Five Louisiana law enforcement officers were charged with state crimes ranging from negligent homicide to malfeasance Thursday in the deadly 2019 arrest of Ronald Greene. They are the first charges to emerge from a death authorities initially blamed on a car crash before long suppressed body-camera video showed white officers beating, stunning and dragging the Black motorist as he wailed, “I’m scared!”

Greene’s bloody death on a roadside in rural northeast Louisiana got little attention until an Associated Press investigation exposed a cover-up and prompted scrutiny of top Louisiana State Police brass, a sweeping U.S. Justice Department review of the agency and a legislative inquiry now looking at what Gov. John Bel Edwards knew and when he knew it.

Quote

Greene’s May 10, 2019, death was shrouded in secrecy from the beginning, when authorities told grieving relatives that the 49-year-old died in a car crash at the end of a high-speed chase near Monroe — an account questioned by both his family and even an emergency room doctor who noted Greene’s battered body. Still, a coroner’s report listed Greene’s cause of death as a motor vehicle accident, a state police crash report omitted any mention of troopers using force and 462 days would pass before state police began an internal probe.

All the while, the body-camera video remained so secret it was withheld from Greene’s initial autopsy and officials from Edwards on down declined repeated requests to release it, citing ongoing investigations.

But then last year, the AP obtained and published the footage, which showed what really happened: Troopers swarming Greene’s car, stunning him repeatedly, punching him in the head, dragging him by the shackles and leaving him prone on the ground for more than nine minutes. At times, Greene could be heard pleading for mercy and wailing, “I’m your brother! I’m scared! I’m scared!”

Former Tucson-area Border Patrol agent sentenced to 12 years in prison

A former Border Patrol agent in Tucson was sentenced to more than 12 years in prison for drug trafficking, accepting bribes and buying guns for convicted felons.

Ramon Antonio Monreal-Rodriguez, 36, of Vail was sentenced Dec. 14, by U.S. District Judge James A. Soto, to 152 months in prison and was also ordered to pay $151,000 in restitution to the U.S. Border Patrol for salary drawn while engaged in criminal activity.

Monreal-Rodriguez previously pleaded guilty to bribery, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana, conspiracy to make false statements in connection with the acquisition of firearms, and conspiracy to provide firearms to a convicted felon, for his role in three separate conspiracies in two federal criminal cases, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Arizona.

Between July and August 2018, Monreal-Rodriguez was involved in two firearm-related conspiracies where he unlawfully purchased firearms from federally licensed firearms dealers on behalf of other individuals and provided firearms to felons who are prohibited from possessing firearms, according to federal prosecutors.

WATCH: Cops Cuffed Black WSJ Reporter Doing Interviews At Bank — Threatened ‘This Could Get Bad For You If You Don’t Comply’

Police in Phoenix are under fire for cuffing and detaining Wall Street Journal reporter Dion Rabouin, even after — Rabouin and a witness say — he identified himself and agreed to comply with demands he move from a sidewalk where he’d been conducting interviews.

WSJ Editor-in-Chief Matt Murray has sent a letter to Phoenix Police Chief Michael Sullivan about the November 23, 2022 incident that was obtained by Phoenix ABC affiliate KNXV-TV.

Murray described the incident in the letter, writing:

Quote

On November 23, Mr. Rabouin was interviewing passersby on a public sidewalk outside the Chase bank branch located at 12038 North 32nd Street in Phoenix. While Mr. Rabouin was gathering news, he was approached by Officer Zimmerman (badge #10442) of the Phoenix Police Department’s Desert Horizon Precinct. Officer Zimmerman informed Mr. Rabouin that he was trespassing. To be clear, at no point until then had Mr. Rabouin been asked to leave the sidewalk outside the bank by Chase personnel or anyone else.

Mr. Rabouin, being an American citizen, had a clear right to be present on the sidewalk and engaged in newsgathering. Nonetheless, Mr. Rabouin offered at that point to leave. Instead, Officer Zimmerman told Mr. Rabouin that he was being detained and placed Mr. Rabouin in handcuffs before placing him in the rear of a police vehicle.

SWAT cop and teacher wife charged over sexual abuses including bestiality

Charges of child pornography, rape, sexually abusing an animal and "mingling harmful substances" have been issued against a top cop and his wife.

Former sheriff’s deputy Dennis Perkins, 44, and his wife Cynthia Perkins, 34, are jointly accused of some 150 separate felonies.

Among them are charges of child abuse images, first-degree rape, attempted first-degree rape, sexual battery of a child under the age of 13, video voyeurism and one count of sexual abuse of a dog.

The indictment also includes 61 counts of producing child pornography. Court papers say the couple were suspected of serving cupcakes and drinks contaminated with semen.

Local news station WAFB reports that the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office says the case is still ongoing and that the office is dealing with “a mountain of evidence”.

Ex-Deputy Who Helped Wife Serve Semen-Laced Cupcakes to Students Pleads Guilty to Spate of Sex Crimes

A 47-year-old former Louisiana sheriff’s deputy will likely spend the rest of his life behind bars after admitting to a slew of horrific sex crimes, several of which involved young children.

Dennis Wallace Perkins was sentenced to 100 years in state prison on Tuesday after the former Livingston Parish Sheriff’s deputy and SWAT commander pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree rape, two counts of sexual battery of a child, one count of video voyeurism, two counts of production of pornography involving children under the age of 13, and one count of the mingling of harmful substances, officials announced.

Perkins had originally been facing more than 75 criminal charges when he was first arrested in 2019, but prosecutors agreed to drop the dozens of remaining counts in exchange for Perkins agreeing to enter a guilty plea. He is also required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life.

Among the most headline-grabbing of his criminal acts is the “mingling of harmful substances” charge. Perkins and his wife, 36-year-old Cynthia T. Perkins, used his semen to “season” cake batter which she then served to students at Westside Junior High School, where Cynthia had been previously employed as an English teacher. Authorities said that Perkins filmed himself making the revolting concoction.

Cynthia Perkins pleaded guilty in February to charges of second-degree rape, production of child pornography, and conspiracy of mingling harmful substances. As previously reported by Law&Crime, specific acts pleaded to in her deal included aiding her husband in sexually assaulting a minor and aiding her husband in filming a minor who was bathing. She was sentenced to 41 years in prison provided she testified against her husband should he go to trial.

NYPD Cop Caught on Video Repeatedly Punching Black Teen Girl in the Head

One New York City police officer has been suspended and at least one other is under investigation after a video went viral showing a Staten Island cop punching a Black teenage girl in the head several times.

The video, which was posted to Instagram and Twitter Tuesday evening, shows at least two NYPD officers holding the girl by the hood of her jacket on a sidewalk in Graniteville. The girl, later identified by the New York Post as 14-year-old Kyonna Robinson, stumbles backward into an iron fence with her arms over her head. One of the cops continues to throw punches as teenage onlookers scream and record the incident. One of the teens tries unsuccessfully to pull Robinson away from the cop.

“He’s hitting her?” one onlooker can be heard saying in the 8-second clip. “What the ****?”

“You can’t do that,” another onlooker says.

A department spokesperson told VICE News the two officers seen in the video were on assignment at a school dismissal post when a fight “between a group of youths” broke out. A city council member who represents the district where the fight took place confirmed on Twitter that the nearby school was a middle school.

“While attempting to take one of the individuals into custody, a 14-year-old female obstructed the arrest by reaching for an officer’s handcuffs and striking the officer in the head,” a department spokesperson told VICE News. “The officer, assigned to the 121st Precinct, utilized physical force against this female by striking her with his hand several times.”

The 14-year-old was taken into custody, according to the department, and escorted to a local hospital where she was treated and released.

I had to Google it, it's when you feed someone something that's been tainted with anything.

So most likely he hid drugs in food Is my guess.

According to the reports the cupcakes were laced with semen.  Since bodily fluids can transmit disease, I thank that qualifies as tainting the cupcakes with something.
