Will be a tough choice...although Xbox has given me a lot of issues. Even the original Xbox conked out on me. My entire COD career is on Xbox. I liked what they did in MW3 where it showed everybody's prestiges ever since COD4. If I go to Playstation I'll look like a noob who just picked up COD and happens to be good at it. I kinda like all that experience being shown. Intimidation is a factor, I can scare people in to submission before the game even starts, with a hard-to-unlock title/emblem combo, stout statistics, and my presitges blingin'. Not that they're a telltale sign of how good you are. Hell, you can get 3/4ths the way to anything by boosting. But my experience in this game is all natural, and it pays dividends. Will also want to play old CODs, and I know there are still cult communities on XBOX that do that. Afraid PS4 will have like 3 players on Black Ops 1. All wall hacking. If you get an Xbox One, I can play with you on there too. I just bought one over Thanksgiving. I haven't had a chance to play it yet, got Halo for it, but the match making was messing up for me, so it's been sitting there. I'll get CoD:AW on that system for Christmas. One of my best friends (know the guy since we were 8 years old) just ordered his Xbox One too, the CoD special edition one. As far as the older CoD games, they aren't backwards compatible, none of the games are for either system. I don't know if Microsoft offers them through the store, cheap or not, but to my knowledge we are **** out of luck playing them on either new gen system. I keep up with this game via F2st and LegendOfThunder's commentaries, and they both go on epic rants about it. I am glad I haven't experienced the last two Call of Duties. Their main beef is with the skill-based matchmaking. The game matches you up with players of equal skill, instead of players who live in your region. They sacrifice fast connection for an even matchup. It also ruins the best thing of all, smashing noobs. Pub stomping, with the occasional tough matchup, was great in the older CODs, why change it? Too many noobs get their feelings hurt? In order for people to go back to obliterating noobs, they've had to reverse-boost. They kill themselves thousands of times to make their K/Ds horrible (0.01 horrible), and get in to lobbies with kids who don't know what the buttons do on the controller. Kids that repeatedly knife walls and ****. Now Sledgehammer is banning people who reverse boost. Another beef is with the Bal-27. They say it's overpowered and abused. I dunno bruh, but watching him play Black Ops 2 is making me want to mow entire teams out of their ****ing spawns. **** man. Dem SMGs in Bops2! I usually carry about a 1.0 K/D or so being that I'm mostly playing Dom which lends itself to the run, die, repeat method. Especially with those epic B battles. Perhaps that's why my matches aren't bad. I'd rather play against people of my skill level anyhow. I would hate running into a party of 6 that just spams the map with kill streaks from the start. That's lame. I also hate feeling like superman (ok I dont). I prefer an even match though. I can still get my kill streaks, no big deal. I don't think that any gun is overpowered. I'm personally running with SMG's myself. I like the fast paced action and several of the SMG's are perfect for that. The AR's are also good, I just don't feel like they are overpowered. Those ****ing laser beam guns seem to be the new craze, I personally ****ing hate them. I think people use them cause they can hold down the beam and move the gun till it hits you, like a light saber that extends across the board, because it takes less skill than aiming down the sights. But I wouldn't say its overpowered, just newbish easy to use. I'm still rolling with my MP11-Toxic. Hell, Im about to hit 50 on the XBox One too and that is the only gun I've used on there too lol. I really miss the effectiveness of pistols in this game though. The perfect gift to us would be to toss in a Nuketown map along with the Kaps and that other pistol that Stroker told us about in BO2 (can't remember it, but it was almost as good as the Kap) with some duel wield action. Dat farkin B23R, 3 round burst pistol, lol. The pistols were ****ing insane in BO2. Even the Executioner was good in close quarters. Them junks were overpowered! You can dual wield in AW, Im running with a fully automatic pistol, to get dual wield you need 40 hip fire kills with it.......tha **** outta here with that. There is another one that is 3 burst though, same requirements for dual wield Just got out of a hardcore domination game, set up my sentry gun for easy newb kills, ran off, got killed. Respawned, ran back towards my sentry gun, my own teammate ****ing shooting it and destroyed it. Bullet to the back of the dome, stupid ****. NEVER TAKE MY KILLS!!!!!!!! Just downloaded the season pass on Xbox (will on PS4 too soon) and it gave me access to the AE4-widowmaker assault rifle......damn, its almost not fair at times. It's one of the gimp laser guns, but I gave it a shot, unlocked the red dot, quickdraw and stock for it, and its beast, imo. At long range, you fire in 2-3 round bursts with it and its super deadly, go full auto if you need to at close range. Took two games for me to unlock the red dot and foregrip. Then I was getting 30+ kills for the next few games, still in the 20s in the last game. I'm a sell-out, its overpowered, I dont care, **** these little kids, I'm gonna even the score ****es. My schedule is fairly open and taking into consideration that Doc/Goon are west coast (3 hours behind) and Chewtang is mountain (2 hours). I'm open a lot of nights as long as it's not too late during the school/work week. Sunday would probably be the best day for me to be on for any length of time. I'd love to try and commit to a weekday but I just don't see that happening. I only every remember getting beaten badly one time in MW3 with the Xbox clan. We were near full strength. Me, viper, tj, and vish I think. We got smoked on bootleg. Funny how the juggernaut was a 15 killstreak and some stupid carepackage dropping gunship was a 17 killstreak. Thing would get shot down by SAMs and rockets before the care packages would even drop, and even if it wasn't shot down, it hovered way too low to the ground to kill a lot of people. The AC-130 and Reaper could hit almost anywhere on the map at any time. The most satisfying thing to do in that game was curving Reaper missiles through windows to kill people. Specialist bonus was out of control powerful too. Killstreaks in that game were as strong as they ever were. I'll never forget a game on Hardhat where BLTO camped the entire game on top of the opening to the sewer pipe in the center of the map. He only used an RPG, and went something like 15-2. I kept my eye on him the whole game. You'd see a huge explosion, then hear the enemy he killed screaming through BLTO's TV + mic. Everybody on the ES crew was cracking up. Frickin' classic. He found a glitch spot in the wall on Hardhat, and was killin fools with the RPG. This me in the beginning of the clip, but then the final killcam comes on and it's him from that glitch spot. Loved that game, was never on the same level or close to any of you guys though. I couldn't play with console controllers back then. Hell, I just got the hang of using them on the new gen systems because I had to. I had bought a keyboard/mouse adapter to use for the PS3 and 360 which allowed me to map the controller keys to the keyboard and mouse. Then when PS4 came out, they had to develop a new one to be compatible, so I said **** it. Learned to use the controller, glad I did, saved me $100 lol. Even on old school console emulators, playing Mario for example, I run straight in to Goombas, jump right in to crevices, it's bad. I'm a controller freak. It's what I grew up with, the keyboard is like learning a new language. I did like playing games that were mouse-heavy. Like Command & Conquer was my shiz man. I played those games for 5 hours straight. Holding in pee, hungry as hell, I'd just play against the CPU. The way they played in online multiplayer was wacked bro. Hard to explain unless you know the game. I'da never stood a chance. I never won a multiplayer game. Sim City on the computer was beast too. I still have Sim City 2000. Make me play COD on the computer and I'd get ****ing obliterated. I know it's faster and more precise to aim with the mouse, but I'm just not programmed that way.
